Responsibilities

• Assist the Mechanical Engineer for Blow Molding Machines in preparing maintenance programs and schedules.

• Support the Mechanical Engineer in collecting data and information and identifying solutions for abnormal maintenance cases.

• Perform maintenance activities and repair components that can be repaired.

• Assist in preparing relevant summaries and reports.

• Maintain technical information, data, and catalogs related to the job.

• Use advanced technical tools and equipment in maintenance activities and quality assurance.

• Maintain and update maintenance history cards for blow molding machines and preform production equipment whenever maintenance activities are performed.

• Receive assigned tools and equipment, ensure proper handling, and maintain them to prevent damage or loss.

• Estimate the level of damage and determine required spare parts and materials, and request them through the direct supervisor.

• Perform corrective maintenance tasks according to approved procedures and instructions.

• Properly use dismantling, assembling, and inspection tools.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.

• Comply with industrial safety rules and regulations while performing assigned duties.

• Ensure proper completion and quality of maintenance work after execution.

• Perform any other related duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industrial Secondary School Certificate (Technical High School).

Competencies

• Knowledge of technical work procedures in the relevant field.

• Ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines.

• Knowledge of industrial safety rules and regulations.
