Responsibilities

• Assist the Mechanical Engineer for Packaging Machines in preparing maintenance programs and schedules.

• Support the Mechanical Engineer in collecting data and identifying solutions for abnormal maintenance cases.

• Perform mechanical maintenance tasks and repair components that can be repaired.

• Assist in preparing maintenance summaries and related reports.

• Use advanced tools and equipment to carry out maintenance activities and ensure quality standards.

• Maintain and organize technical information, data, and equipment catalogs related to the job.

• Keep and update the maintenance history records for packaging machines and preform production equipment.

• Receive, handle, and properly maintain tools and equipment, ensuring optimal usage and preventing loss or damage.

• Estimate damage levels and required spare parts and materials, and request them through the direct supervisor.

• Perform corrective maintenance tasks according to approved procedures and work instructions.

• Properly use dismantling, assembling, and inspection tools and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace.

• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations during all assigned tasks.

• Ensure proper completion and quality of maintenance work after execution.

• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities within the scope of the position as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance of packaging machines or industrial production lines.

Competencies

• Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices in industrial equipment.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and components.

• Strong skills in using mechanical tools and inspection equipment.

• Ability to read technical manuals and catalogs.

• Good understanding of spare parts and maintenance procedures.

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Ability to work in a production environment and under pressure.
