تسعى شركة ElevenLabs، الرائدة في مجال أبحاث ومنتجات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحويل التفاعل مع التكنولوجيا، إلى توظيف مهندس حلول مؤسسية (Enterprise Solutions Engineer) للعمل في السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق ديناميكي عالي الإيقاع لفتح الإمكانات الكاملة لمنصة الصوت بالذكاء الاصطناعي لقاعدة عملاء متزايدة من المؤسسات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مهندس حلول، ستشارك ضمن فريق محفّز لإطلاق العنان للإمكانات الكاملة لمنصة الصوت بالذكاء الاصطناعي لقاعدة عملاء متنامية. مهمتك هي توسيع نطاق الحلول التقنية المقدمة لعملاء المؤسسات بكفاءة، إما بشكل مباشر أو من خلال تحسين العمليات الداخلية ودعم فرق المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون الاستراتيجي مع مدراء الحسابات لتعزيز الجوانب التقنية لعملية البيع.
- العمل المباشر مع الجهات التقنية من عملائنا وعملائنا المحتملين لتقديم دعم مخصص وهندسة حلول مناسبة.
- إعداد عروض تقنية مقنعة توضح بوضوح قيمة منتجنا.
- إنشاء موارد تمكين تقنية تزيد من فعالية فريق المبيعات وطلاقته الفنية.
- بناء أدوات الخدمة الذاتية والوثائق التي تمكّن العملاء من تنفيذ الحلول بشكل مستقل.
- تحديد فرص تحويل أنماط التكامل الشائعة أو الميزات إلى منتجات قابلة للتوسع، والعمل مع فرق المنتجات لتحقيق ذلك.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شغف بالذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنية ومنتجات ElevenLabs.
- الاستمتاع بالعمل المباشر مع العملاء، وتكرار الحلول وتقديم دعم مخصص.
- امتلاك موهبة تحديد الأنماط التي يمكن توحيدها وتوسيع نطاقها.
- تعاطف قوي مع العملاء وفرق المبيعات والمنتجات.
- خلفية تقنية قوية لمساعدة العملاء على هندسة التكامل بين حلولنا وحلولهم الحالية.
- خبرة في العمل مع العملاء (حتى لو كانت من خلال الأندية الطلابية أو المشاريع الجانبية، ما دمت مهتمًا بالعمل معهم في قدرة تقنية).
- إتقان لغة Python، بما في ذلك فهم عميق لتطوير البرمجيات وهندسة البرمجيات وأنماط التكامل الشائعة.

As a Solutions Engineer, You Can Expect To
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Work directly with technical contacts from our customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value proposition.
- Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with our product teams to make these real!

- Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support
- Have a talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Have strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
- Have a strong technical background in order to help customers architect integration between our solutions and their existing solutions
- Experience working with customers. It’s ok if you only worked with customers in student clubs or side projects, as long as you are interested in working closely with them on a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
