الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة "مساعد مدير المحطة الأرضية للأقمار الصناعية" (Satellite Ground-Station Assistant Manager) في الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولية إدارة وتحسين أداء شبكات الأقمار الصناعية (GEO، MEO، LEO) لضمان جودة الخدمة والسعة والكفاءة وتجربة العملاء. يضع معايير الأداء، ويحلل الاتجاهات، ويقود مبادرات التحسين، وينسق الإجراءات التصحيحية لتعزيز موثوقية الشبكة واستخدامها والامتثال لمستويات الخدمة (SLA)، وذلك وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم تقارير تشغيلية دورية للإدارة حول ظروف الموقع وحالته والملاحظات الهامة.
  • الإشراف على التحكم في الدخول وتفويض دخول الأفراد إلى المناطق المقيدة.
  • قيادة إجراءات الطوارئ والإخلاء.
  • إجراء فحوصات مادية مستمرة للبنية التحتية والمعدات وتركيبات الهوائيات.
  • مراقبة جميع أنشطة الموقع وتنسيق المهام المجدولة وغير المجدولة.
  • تصعيد المشكلات الحرجة إلى أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين وفقاً للبروتوكولات المحددة مسبقاً.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمستويات الخدمة (SLAs) ومؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) والحفاظ على توفر الخدمة وتقليل متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR) وتعظيم متوسط الوقت بين الأعطال (MTBF).
  • إدارة أنظمة الترددات الراديوية (RF) بما في ذلك HPAs و SSPAs و TWTAs و LNAs و LNBs والمحولات ومصفوفات التبديل.
  • تحسين أداء الهوائيات لأقمار GEO و MEO و LEO وضمان دقة التوجيه وسلامة نظام التتبع.
  • مراقبة جودة الترددات الراديوية (Eb/No, C/N, BER, MER, Link Margin, EIRP, G/T) وضمان استقرار الموجات الحاملة وكفاءة الطيف.
  • قيادة إدارة الحوادث بما في ذلك استعادة الحوادث الكبرى وعزل الأعطال والتعافي.
  • دفع تحسين الخدمة من خلال تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) وإدارة المشكلات والصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية.
  • ضمان مرونة المنشأة من خلال الإشراف على أنظمة الطاقة (UPS, ATS, المولدات) وأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والحماية من الصواعق والمراقبة البيئية.
  • تنسيق التعافي من الكوارث والتحقق من آليات التكرار وضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية للأنظمة الحرجة.
  • إدارة تغيير التكوين وخطوط الأساس والأتمتة وتعزيز التميز التشغيلي والامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة سابقة في البنية التحتية لخدمات الأقمار الصناعية ضمن قطاع الاتصالات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو الهندسة.
  • شهادات مهنية إضافية (إن وجدت).

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing and optimizing GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite network performance to ensure service quality, capacity, efficiency, and customer experience. The role holder establishes performance standards, analyses trends, drives optimization initiatives, and coordinates corrective actions to improve network reliability, utilization, and SLA compliance. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide regular operational updates to management on site conditions, status, and critical observations.
  • Govern access control and authorize personnel entry to restricted areas.
  • Lead emergency response and evacuation procedures.
  • Conduct continuous physical inspections of infrastructure, equipment, and antenna installations.
  • Monitor all site activities and coordinate scheduled/unscheduled tasks.
  • Escalate critical issues per predefined protocols to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, maintaining service availability and minimizing MTTR while maximizing MTBF.
  • Govern RF systems, including HPAs, SSPAs, TWTAs, LNAs, LNBs, converters, and switching matrices.
  • Optimize antenna performance for GEO, MEO, and LEO satellites, ensuring pointing accuracy and tracking system integrity.
  • Monitor RF quality (Eb/No, C/N, BER, MER, Link Margin, EIRP, G/T) and ensure carrier stability and spectrum efficiency.

Job Responsibility (cont.)

  • Lead incident management, including major incident restoration, fault isolation, and recovery.
  • Drive service improvement through RCA, problem management, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
  • Ensure facility resilience by overseeing power systems (UPS, ATS, generators), HVAC, lightning protection, and environmental monitoring.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery and validate redundancy mechanisms, ensuring operational readiness of critical systems.
  • Govern change management, configuration baselines, and automation initiatives, while promoting operational excellence and HSE compliance.
