What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- End-to-End Platform Management: Act as the primary administrator and power user across all critical portals: Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad (WPS), and MHRSD.
- Workforce Compliance: Seamlessly manage Iqama issuances, renewals, profession changes, transfers, and exit/re-entry visas.
- Saudization & Nitaqat Tracking: Continuously monitor and optimize our Nitaqat status to keep the company in safe operational zones.
- Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, uploading, and full authentication of employment contracts directly via Qiwa.
- Corporate Licensing: Handle renewals and updates for Commercial Registrations (CR), Chamber of Commerce memberships, Municipal licenses, and civil defense certificates.
- Government Liaison: Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with representatives from ministries and local municipalities to accelerate company transactions.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: 3-5 years of specialized experience as a corporate GRO or PRO.
- Platform Mastery: 100% independent, expert-level hands-on capability across Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor laws, Wage Protection System (WPS) files, and Ministry guidelines.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A track record of resolving compliance gaps, handling blockages, and ensuring zero penalties or fines.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with professional communication skills in English.
