يُعلن موقع Jobgether، بالنيابة عن شركة شريكة تتولى إدارة كافة الطلبات والخطوات التالية، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمطور/مبرمج أول لتطبيقات ServiceNow (ServiceNow Application Developer / Programmer Senior) في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية حلول ServiceNow التي تدعم إدارة الأصول الحيوية وعمليات التقنية، مع قيادة تنفيذ وإدارة قدرات إدارة الأصول المادية والبرمجية وقائمة مكونات البرمجيات (SBOM).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ وتكوين وإدارة قدرات إدارة الأصول المادية (Hardware Asset Management) وإدارة الأصول البرمجية (Software Asset Management) في ServiceNow.
- تنفيذ وإدارة حلول قائمة مكونات البرمجيات (SBOM) لتعزيز الرؤية والتتبع والحوكمة للبرمجيات.
- تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات ServiceNow وقدرات المنصة بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التشغيلية والتجارية.
- التعاون مع الفرق التقنية الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع المتطلبات وتوضيحها وتوثيقها وتقديمها بفعالية.
- إدارة ومراقبة مخزون التقنية، وضمان دقة معلومات الأصول وإمكانية الوصول إليها وحوكمتها الجيدة.
- تطبيق خبرات إدارة وتطوير ServiceNow لتحسين وظائف المنصة ودعم المتطلبات المتطورة.
- استخدام تقنيات Azure إلى جانب ServiceNow لتقديم حلول تقنية وتكاملات فعالة.
- استكشاف المشكلات التقنية وإصلاحها، وتحديد فرص التحسين، وتنفيذ حلول مستدامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- 8+ سنوات من الخبرة المهنية ذات الصلة في هندسة البرمجيات، تطوير التطبيقات، ServiceNow، أو مجال تقني مشابه.
- تدريب تقني، شهادة مهنية، أو درجة علمية في تخصص تقني أو هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية قوية في إدارة ServiceNow وتنفيذها وتطوير التطبيقات.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأصول المادية والبرمجية في ServiceNow.
