تعلن شركة Wood، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر وظيفة Senior Site Structural Engineer في الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المهندس في تطوير منجم ذهب جديد ومنشأة معالجة في موقع بعيد.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسعى Wood حاليًا لتعيين مهندس إنشائي كبير لدعم أعمال مشاريعها، حيث سيساهم في تطوير منجم ذهب جديد ومنشأة معالجة في موقع نائي في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن الأعمال الإنشائية والبنية التحتية بما في ذلك أنواع المباني المختلفة، وتصميم المباني، وتصميم أساسات المعدات، وتصميم دعائم الأنابيب والكابلات.
- إعداد مستندات هندسية جديدة ومراجعة المستندات القائمة.
- مراجعة وفحص المستندات الهندسية وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة ومعاييرها وقوائم المراجعة.
- الإشراف على الأعمال الهندسية التي ينتجها المهندسون المبتدئون.
- تقديم وتلقي التدريبات المتعلقة بالوظيفة حسب الحاجة.
- تخطيط وإنجاز العمل ضمن ساعات العمل المخصصة بفعالية، وتخطيط العمل لتجنب التأخير.
- التواصل والتنسيق الفعال مع مدير المشروع وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
- تفويض وتوزيع العمل بالإضافة إلى إدارة قابلية الفوترة للفريق.
- التنسيق مع جميع التخصصات (حسب الضرورة) في إعداد وتطوير المخرجات وضمان تضمين مدخلات التخصصات الأخرى.
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية والتحقق من ظروف الموقع، وتحديد الرسومات/تنفيذ أنشطة حسب الموقع (as-built).
- إدارة تسليم المخرجات مع ضمان الجودة المناسبة والإدارة السليمة للسجلات.
- كتابة التقارير الفنية وإعداد العروض التقديمية.
- المعرفة الكاملة بمعايير أرامكو، سابك، الهيئة الملكية، SBC وHCIS.
- التقييم الفني للعروض، مراجعة وثائق البائعين، وإدارة نطاق العقود الباطنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال التعدين.
- خبرة ميدانية مثبتة في بيئات المشاريع والمواقع.
- فهم قوي للهندسة والإنشاءات والعمليات الميدانية في المشاريع الصناعية أو التعدينية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة كاملة بمعايير أرامكو، سابك، الهيئة الملكية، SBC وHCIS.
- مهارات في إعداد التقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية.
- القدرة على الإشراف على المهندسين المبتدئين وتوزيع العمل.
- مهارات التواصل والتنسيق الفعال مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- إدارة الميزانية الزمنية للمشروع وتجنب التأخير.

- Responsible for structural/infrastructure works including different building construction types, building design, equipment foundation design, pipe and cable tray support design.
- Originate new and revise existing engineering deliverables.
- Revise and check engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
- Supervise engineering work being produced by juniors.
- Conduct and receive trainings related to job as required.
- Planning and completion of work within allocated man-hours effectively and plan work to avoid slippage.
- Interfaces, coordinates and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other team members.
- Delegation and distribution work as well as manage billability of team.
- Coordinates with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensure that other disciplines input are incorporated.
- Go for site visits and verify site conditions and markup drawings/perform as-built activities.
- Manage deliverables submission with required quality checks and proper management of record.
- Technical report writing and preparation of presentations.
- Full knowledge of Aramco, Sabic, Royal commission, SBC and HCIS standards.
- Technical bid evaluation, Vendor document review and subcontract scope management
- Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering
- Minimum experience: 15 years or more.
- Preferably experienced within the mining industry.
- Proven field engineering experience in site-based/project environments.
- Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and field operations within industrial or mining projects
