انضم إلى شركة Saipem، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في الهندسة والبناء لقطاعي الطاقة والبنية التحتية، في دور مهندس عمليات السفن (Vessel Operations Engineer) في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون جزءًا من فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات البحرية ضمن إدارة المشاريع، وتقديم المراجعات الهندسية ودعم العمليات لتحقيق أهداف المشروع وفقًا للخطط والإجراءات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الانضمام إلى فرق الهندسة التشغيلية في شركات التشغيل التابعة، والعمل تحت إشراف مدير المجموعة.
- المشاركة في مشروع أو مجموعة مشاريع ودعم العطاءات الفنية لتحقيق الحلول الأكثر كفاءة وفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- اقتراح جميع الحلول التشغيلية الممكنة لتنفيذ التركيب الفعلي بأفضل طريقة ممكنة.
- التحقق من توافق الجداول الزمنية مع إنتاجية السفينة الحالية ووضع الجاهزية الفعلي.
- تمثيل العميل الداخلي لمختلف المهام في المشاريع.
- التحقق من صحة الإجراءات المقترحة واتباع الحلول الأكثر كفاءة وفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- اقتراح التعديلات والتغييرات التي تؤدي إلى تحسينات، مع مراعاة اقتراحات إدارة عمليات السفينة.
- المشاركة في المراحل الأكثر حرجًا على متن سفينة التركيب أو في ساحة التحضير.
- التواصل مع إدارة السفينة حول جميع المواضيع الأكثر أهمية لضمان النقل الصحيح من الهندسة إلى التركيب الفعلي.
- التعرف السريع على النقاط المفقودة وتحسين استخدام المعدات على متن السفينة وفي الساحات.
- كسب احترام وتقدير طاقم السفينة ليكون نقطة المرجع بين الهندسة والتشغيل.
- توثيق الأنشطة الرئيسية والدروس المستفادة أثناء التطوير لضمان إدارة المعرفة باستخدام أداة تقنية معلومات مخصصة.
- تعزيز وتنظيم اجتماعات تقييم المخاطر ومراجعة الإجراءات بمشاركة إدارة طاقم السفينة.
- المشاركة في إعداد الأساليب القياسية المتعلقة بتركيب أسطول السفن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الهندسة أو ما يعادله.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مهندس عمليات ضمن مشاريع كبرى في مجال EPC و/أو النفط والغاز.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والقدرة على التواصل الجيد مع جنسيات متنوعة.
- معرفة تقنية في الهندسة وعمليات السفن والعمليات البحرية.
- بعض السفر المتوقع داخل منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وفروع سايبم الأخرى حول العالم.

Purpose of the position: As Vessel Operations Engineer you will be part of the Offshore Construction Supervision within Project Management. You will support to Provide engineering reviews, address operation, advise (directly and indirectly) best practices both in the tender and in the projects to the Project Manager to assist in the achievement of project/tender objectives, according to the plan/procedures developed by the engineering project team.

The Engineer executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering field or similar
Background: Minimum 5 years as an Operations Engineer role, within Major EPC and/or Oil and Gas field
Languages: Fluent in English and able to communicate well with Diverse Nationalities
Technical Knowledge: Engineering, Vessel and Offshore Operations Technical Know How
What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected within MENA and other Saipem Branch worldwide

How can you support us?

- Tasks include:
- Be assigned to a project or a group of projects
- Support the technical tenders to follow the most efficient and cost-effective solution
- Suggest all possible operative solutions in order to perform the actual installation in the best way
- Verify that the considered schedules reconcile with the present vessel productivity, in the actual situation of readiness
- Be the internal client of the various jobs in the projects
- Verify that the suggested procedures are correct and that the most efficient and cost-effective solutions are followed
- Be able to suggest modifications and changes leading to improvements taking into account the suggestions of the vessel operations management
- Take part in the most critical phases on board of the installation vessel or in the preparation yard
- Confront himself with the vessel management for all most critical subjects in order to assure a correct transfer from the engineering to the actual installation
- Distinguish rapidly the missing points and the optimization of the equipment used on board and in the yards
- Earn respect and appreciation from the on-board personnel in order to be the reference point between engineering and operation
- Record the main activities, the lessons learned during the development to ensure the knowledge management through a specific ICT instrument developed for the scope
- Promote and organise the meetings for the risk evaluation and for the revision of the procedures with the participation of the vessel personnel management
- Be involved on preparing the standard methods relevant to the installation of vessel fleet
