تسعى شركة WSP في الشرق الأوسط إلى توظيف مهندس أول - جسور وأنفاق (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تصميم وتحليل الجسور والعناصر الإنشائية المرتبطة بها (الصلب، الخرسانة، الهياكل المركبة).
  • إعداد ومراجعة الحسابات التصميمية التفصيلية والرسومات والمواصفات والتقارير.
  • تنفيذ التصميم المفاهيمي والأولي والتفصيلي للجسور والجسور العلوية والتقاطعات والمنشآت التحتية.
  • ضمان امتثال التصميمات لمعايير AASHTO وEurocodes والمعايير السعودية ومتطلبات المشروع المحددة.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك فرق الطرق والجيوتقنية والصرف الصحي والمرافق.
  • تقديم القيادة الفنية والإرشاد للمهندسين المبتدئين وفرق التصميم.
  • مراجعة مقدمات المقاولين والمخططات التنفيذية وطرق العمل.
  • دعم أنشطة تخطيط المشروع وجدولة ومراقبة التكاليف.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء ومراجعات التصميم والعروض الفنية.
  • المساهمة في الهندسة القيمية والحلول التصميمية المبتكرة.
  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية (يفضل الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تصميم الجسور والهندسة الإنشائية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق، ويفضل أن تكون في الشرق الأوسط أو بيئات مماثلة.
  • خبرة قوية في برامج تصميم الجسور مثل MIDAS وSAP2000 وCSI Bridge وRM Bridge أو أدوات مشابهة.
  • خبرة عملية في معايير ولوائح التصميم (AASHTO LRFD وEurocodes وBS).
  • شهادة مهندس محترف (PE) أو مهندس معتمد (CEng) مرغوب فيها بشدة.
  • الجنسية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
  • معرفة ممتازة بمبادئ التصميم الإنشائي وسلوك المواد.
  • قدرات فعالة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة التخصصات وسريعة الوتيرة.
  • قدرات قيادية وتوجيهية.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and analysis of bridge and related structural elements (steel, concrete, composite structures).
  • Prepare and review detailed design calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Undertake concept, preliminary, and detailed design of bridges, flyovers, interchanges, and infrastructure structures.
  • Ensure designs comply with AASHTO, Eurocodes, Saudi standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including highways, geotechnical, drainage, and utilities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
  • Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical presentations.
  • Contribute to value engineering and innovative design solutions.


Ensure adherence to quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in bridge design and structural engineering.
  • Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East or similar environments.
  • Strong expertise in bridge design software such as MIDAS, SAP2000, CSI Bridge, RM Bridge, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with design codes and standards (AASHTO LRFD, Eurocodes, BS).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification is highly desirable. Key Skills
