نبذة عن الوظيفة
فني الطلاء مسؤول عن دعم عمليات رش الطلاء الحراري على مكونات التوربينات الغازية، بما في ذلك عمليات الوزن قبل وبعد الطلاء وعمليات تطبيق الطلاء. بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ خطوات العملية بأمان ودقة، يُتوقع من هذا الدور إظهار سلوكيات Lean قوية، والمشاركة الفعالة في حل المشكلات، والحفاظ على معايير 5S، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر التي تعزز السلامة والجودة والتسليم والإنتاجية عبر الخط. يلعب الفني دورًا مهمًا في دفع تطبيق Lean الشامل من خلال تحديد فرص التحسين، ودعم العمل القياسي، وتقليل الهدر، والمساعدة في تحسين تدفق العمليات والأداء التشغيلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء تطبيق الطلاء وفقًا لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومعايير العملية ومتطلبات الهندسة.
- أداء إخفاء الطلاء (Mask for Coating) وفقًا لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومواصفات العملية إذا لزم الأمر.
- قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة لضمان تطبيق الطلاء بدقة.
- تسجيل وصيانة بيانات العملية والقياس الدقيقة حسب المطلوب.
- استخدام معدات الطلاء وأجهزة الوزن والتثبيتات والأدوات اليدوية بأمان وفعالية.
- فحص القطع قبل وبعد عمليات الطلاء لضمان المطابقة لمتطلبات الجودة.
- الالتزام بالعمل القياسي وأوراق العمل القياسية المجمعة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وتدفق الخط الفعال.
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقًا لمعايير 5S.
- إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق مبادئ Lean في أنشطة العمل اليومية.
- المشاركة بنشاط في حل المشكلات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وإجراءات التصحيح لمعالجة مشكلات العملية أو الجودة.
- تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة ووقت الدورة والتدفق وتقليل الهدر.
- دعم التحسينات في العمل القياسي وتنظيم الخط والإدارة المرئية وانضباط العملية لتعزيز تطبيق Lean الشامل.
- المساهمة في جهود الفريق لتحسين أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية والإنتاجية الإجمالية للورشة.
- العمل ضمن توقيت takt time ووقت الدورة وتوقعات تدفق العملية القياسية لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
- استخدام أنظمة وواجهات أرضية المتجر مثل ELM وSmartShop حسب المطلوب.
- الامتثال لسياسات الجودة للشركة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل القياسي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة جامعية تقنية أو خبرة عملية مكافئة.
- معرفة أو خبرة في دور فني أو تصنيع أو طلاء أو صناعي.
- يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات رش الحواجز الحرارية (Thermal Barrier Coating).
- يفضل المشاركة في أنشطة حل المشكلات أو تحسين العمليات.
- يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع مكونات التوربينات الغازية أو أجزاء الطيران/الصناعية الدقيقة الأخرى.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Coat Application in accordance with approved work instructions, process standards, and engineering requirements.
- Perform Mask for Coating in accordance with approved work instructions and process specifications if required.
- Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate coating application.
- Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data as required.
- Use coating equipment, weighing devices, fixtures, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts before and after coating processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.
- Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.
- Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities to address process or quality issues.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.
- Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.
- Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.
- Work within takt time, cycle time, and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.
- Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM and SmartShop, as required.
- Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.
- Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Knowledge or experience in a technician, manufacturing, coating, or industrial role.
- Min 2 years’ experience with Thermal Barrier Coating processes.
- Participating in problem solving or process improvement activities.
- Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
