انضم إلى قسم هندسة الحلول في Infobip بدور مبتدئ يركّز على تعلم منتجاتنا وحلولنا وبيئة الأعمال. ستعمل عن كثب مع مرشدين وأعضاء فريق أكبر، بينما تساهم في إعداد مقترحات الحلول وتصميمها، وأنشطة التسليم، وعمليات التكامل لعملاء من قطاعات مختلفة. يمنحك هذا الدور تعرضاً للتحديات التقنية والتجارية، مما يساعدك في بناء أساس متين في مجال اتصالات العملاء واستشارات الحلول والتنفيذ. وتبعاً لاهتماماتك وتطورك، قد تنمو كمختص عام أو تتخصص في مجالات مثل استشارات تجربة العميل (CX) أو تصميم الحلول أو خبرة المنتج أو الحلول القطاعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم العملاء في فهم قيمة حلول وخدمات Infobip.
- التعرف على احتياجات العملاء التجارية وتحديد منتجات وحلول Infobip المناسبة.
- المساعدة في تصميم حلول تُلبي المتطلبات التجارية والتقنية للعميل.
- جمع المتطلبات التقنية والمساهمة في تصميم الحلول البسيطة وخطط التكامل.
- دعم عمليات الاستبيانات التقنية والأمنية لمشاريع العملاء.
- إجراء عروض توضيحية للمنتجات وعروض إثبات المفهوم تحت إشراف الزملاء الأكبر.
- تهيئة وتنفيذ حلول Infobip للعملاء الجدد والحاليين.
- تقديم الوثائق التقنية وجلسات تدريب العملاء وملخصات الاجتماعات.
- المساهمة في مشاركة المعرفة الداخلية من خلال التوثيق والمشاركة في مجتمعات الممارسة.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات السوق المحلية والتعلم المستمر حول منتجات Infobip وحلولها وترقياتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الاهتمام باتصالات العملاء والتقنية وحل المشكلات الموجهة نحو الحلول.
- فهم أساسي للمفاهيم التقنية المتعلقة بالبرمجيات وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) والتكامل أو تقنيات السحابة.
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع الجهات التقنية وغير التقنية.
- الرغبة في التعلم حول حلول تجربة العملاء والعمليات التجارية والاستشارات التقنية.
- نهج منظم ودقيق في التعامل مع التوثيق والأنشطة المتعلقة بالمشاريع.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع المرشدين والمهندسين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة.

- خبرة سابقة في أدوار تقنية موجهة للعملاء من خلال التدريب أو المشاريع الطلابية أو الخبرة العملية.
- الإلمام بمنصات الاتصالات أو منتجات SaaS أو واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) أو مفاهيم التكامل.
- يُعتبر استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي للتعلم والبحث والأتمتة أو زيادة الإنتاجية ميزة إضافية.

What This Role Is All About

What You’ll Do
- Support customers in understanding the value of Infobip solutions and services
- Learn about customer business needs and identify suitable Infobip products and solutions
- Assist in designing solutions that address customer business and technical requirements
- Collect technical requirements and contribute to simple solution designs and integration plans
- Support technical and security questionnaire processes for customer projects
- Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept presentations with guidance from senior colleagues
- Configure and implement Infobip solutions for new and existing customers
- Deliver technical documentation, customer training sessions, and meeting summaries
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation and participation in Communities of Practice
- Stay informed about local market trends and continuously learn about Infobip products, solutions, and upgrades
- Interest in customer communication, technology, and solution-oriented problem solving
- Foundational understanding of technical concepts related to software, APIs, integrations, or cloud technologies
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn about customer experience solutions, business processes, and technical consulting
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation and project-related activities
- Comfortable working collaboratively with mentors, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Exposure to customer-facing technical roles through internships, student projects, or previous work experience
- Familiarity with communication platforms, SaaS products, APIs, or integration concepts
- Experience using AI tools for learning, research, automation, or productivity tasks is considered an advantage
