Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: 5+ years

Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, contract administration, and logistics operations within a government/public sector environment. The successful candidate will contribute to tendering processes, inventory management, and data-driven operational reporting to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities, ensuring timely and compliant sourcing of goods and services
• Assist in contract administration, including review, tracking, and compliance monitoring
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, availability, and cost-effective stock control
• Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution support
• Support tendering processes, including preparation, evaluation, and documentation of tender packages
• Conduct data analysis to support procurement, inventory, and logistics decision-making
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards to track supply chain performance and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles
• Solid understanding of tendering and contract administration processes
• Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
