شركة SJ Group تبحث عن أخصائي أول في BIM/CAD - الطرق والبنية التحتية المدنية للعمل في منطقة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن أخصائي أول في BIM/CAD ذي خبرة وكفاءة تقنية لتقديم القيادة الفنية في تسليم نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) والتصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD) عبر مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة والتقاطعات والدوارات والطرق الوصولية والبنية التحتية المدنية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة نمذجة Civil 3D للطرق والطرق السريعة والتقاطعات والدوارات والطرق الوصولية.
  • تطوير الأسطح والمحاذاة والمقاطع الطولية والممرات والتسوية والمقاطع العرضية والكميات.
  • إعداد المخططات المنسقة والمقاطع الطولية والعرضية ورسومات التوقيع والإنشاء والتسوية وعلامات الطريق واللافتات.
  • تنسيق نماذج الطرق مع فرق الصرف والمرافق والمرور والجيوتقنية والمسح والمناظر الطبيعية.
  • إدارة تنسيق النماذج واكتشاف التصادمات وضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة والقوالب والأنماط واختصارات البيانات وسير عمل BIM.
  • توجيه أعضاء فريق BIM/CAD ودعم التسليم الرقمي وتخطيط الموارد ومبادرات الأتمتة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تكنولوجيا الهندسة المدنية أو الرسم أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • 10-15 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في BIM/CAD في مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة والبنية التحتية المدنية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى في الإمارات و/أو المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • مهارات متقدمة في Civil 3D وAutoCAD مع معرفة قوية بنمذجة الطرق وإنتاج الرسومات.
  • إجادة استخدام Navisworks Manage وخبرة في ACC أو BIM 360 أو ProjectWise.
  • معرفة بخطط تنفيذ BIM وISO 19650 وضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات وإجراءات البيئة المشتركة للبيانات (CDE).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior BIM/CAD Specialist - Roads & Civil Infrastructure to provide technical leadership for BIM and CAD delivery across major roads, highways, interchanges, junctions, ramps, and civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Civil 3D modelling for roads, highways, junctions, interchanges, ramps, and access roads.
  • Develop surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, cross-sections, and quantities.
  • Prepare coordinated plans, profiles, long sections, setting-out, grading, road marking, and signage drawings.
  • Coordinate road models with drainage, utilities, traffic, geotechnical, survey, and landscape teams.
  • Manage model coordination, clash detection, QA/QC, templates, styles, data shortcuts, and BIM workflows.
  • Mentor BIM/CAD team members and support digital delivery, resource planning, and automation initiatives.


Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of relevant BIM/CAD experience in roads, highways, and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience on major UAE and/or KSA infrastructure projects.
  • Advanced Civil 3D and AutoCAD skills, with strong knowledge of road modelling and drawing production.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks Manage and experience with ACC, BIM 360, or ProjectWise.
  • Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans, ISO 19650, QA/QC, multidisciplinary coordination, and CDE procedures.
