تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن فرصة عمل لوظيفة Denter (فني تجميل سيارات) في مدينة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى المسؤول عن إصلاح أجزاء الهيكل التالفة والمكونات الهيكلية للمركبات لإعادتها إلى معايير الجودة الخاصة بالشركة المصنعة والشركة. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة في إزالة الخدوش، إصلاح الألواح، تصحيح المحاذاة، وترميم الهيكل مع ضمان السلامة والكفاءة ورضا العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص المركبات لتقييم أضرار الهيكل وتحديد متطلبات الإصلاح.
  • إصلاح الخدوش والألواح التالفة والمكونات الهيكلية باستخدام طرق وأدوات إصلاح معتمدة.
  • فك وإصلاح واستبدال الأجزاء التالفة من المركبة مثل الأبواب والرفارف والمصدات والألواح الجانبية والأغطية.
  • تنفيذ أعمال تشكيل الألواح واللحام والطحن والقطع وتشكيل المعادن حسب الحاجة.
  • ضمان إتمام جميع الإصلاحات وفقاً لمعايير الشركة المصنعة الأصلية ومتطلبات السلامة وتوقعات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
  • إجراء محاذاة الهيكل وتصحيح البنية باستخدام معدات الورش المتخصصة.
  • التنسيق مع فنيي الدهان ومستشاري الخدمة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة وتسليم المركبات في الوقت المحدد.
  • تحديد الأضرار المخفية وإبلاغ المشرف بمتطلبات الإصلاح الإضافية.
  • الحفاظ على أدوات ومعدات الورش في حالة تشغيل جيدة.
  • اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة في الورش واللوائح البيئية ومعايير النظافة.
  • دعم إنتاجية الورش وأهداف الكفاءة وتحقيق رضا العملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة فنية في إصلاح هياكل السيارات (يفضل).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تجميل السيارات / إصلاح الهياكل.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في العمل على السيارات الفاخرة أو الكهربائية.
  • مهارات أساسية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • يفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.

المهارات المطلوبة

المهارات التقنية: معرفة بتقنيات إصلاح هياكل السيارات والتجميل، خبرة في استخدام آلات اللحام وأنظمة سحب الخدوش ومعدات محاذاة الهيكل، القدرة على تفسير أدلة الإصلاح والتقديرات والتعليمات الفنية، فهم معايير إصلاح الهياكل الهيكلية وإجراءات السلامة، الإلمام بتقنيات إصلاح السيارات الحديثة وممارسات الورش. المهارات الشخصية: الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وعقلية تركز على الجودة، قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية، مهارات جيدة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل، مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.

Position Overview

The Denter is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body panels and structural components to restore vehicles to manufacturer and company quality standards. The role requires expertise in dent removal, panel repair, alignment correction, and body restoration while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles to assess body damage and determine repair requirements.
  • Repair dents, damaged panels, and structural body components using approved repair methods and tools.
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged vehicle parts including doors, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and hoods.
  • Perform panel beating, welding, grinding, cutting, and metal shaping activities as required.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed according to OEM standards, safety requirements, and company quality expectations.
  • Conduct body alignment and structural correction using specialized workshop equipment.
  • Coordinate with Paint Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Identify hidden damages and communicate additional repair requirements to the supervisor.
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good operating condition.
  • Follow all workshop safety procedures, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards.
  • Support workshop productivity, efficiency targets, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Skills

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of automotive body repair and denting techniques.
  • Experience using welding machines, dent pulling systems, and body alignment equipment.
  • Ability to interpret repair manuals, estimates, and technical instructions.
  • Understanding of vehicle structural repair standards and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with modern automotive repair technologies and workshop practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or technical certification in Automotive Body Repair preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive denting/body repair.
  • Experience working on premium or electric vehicles is considered an advantage.
  • Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
