تعلن شركة سيمنز (Siemens) عن فرصة ممتازة للمواطنين السعوديين في منطقة الرياض لشغل منصب رئيس العمليات والتنفيذ - البنية التحتية الذكية (المباني) (Head of Operations & Execution - Smart Infrastructure (Buildings)). سيتولى المرشح قيادة وإدارة فريق من مدراء المشاريع المتخصصين في أنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) وحلول الأمن، لضمان تسليم المشاريع والعقود الخدمية بأعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتوجيه وإدارة فريق من مدراء المشاريع المسؤولين عن مشاريع وعقود خدمات البنية التحتية الذكية للمباني في مجالي أنظمة إدارة المباني وحلول الأمن.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تشغيلية تضمن تسليم المشاريع بكفاءة وتميز في الخدمة.
- تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والابتكار والتعاون داخل الفريق.
- الإشراف على تخطيط وتنفيذ وإكمال مشاريع وعقود خدمات البنية التحتية الذكية للمباني، بما يلبي متطلبات العملاء ومعايير الجودة.
- مراقبة تقدم المشاريع وإدارة المخاطر وحل المشكلات لضمان سير العمل وفق الجدول.
- ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات والنطاق المحدد، وتحسين تخصيص الموارد واستخدامها.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، وفهم احتياجاتهم وضمان رضاهم عن حلول سيمنز لأنظمة إدارة المباني والأمن.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء الرئيسيين، ومعالجة أي استفسارات وتقديم تحديثات حول حالة المشاريع والعقود.
- تحديد فرص الخدمات والحلول الإضافية لتعزيز رضا العملاء ونمو الأعمال.
- تطبيق أفضل الممارسات والإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لتسليم المشاريع والخدمات.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية ولوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- دفع تحسينات العمليات والكفاءات التشغيلية لتعزيز جودة الخدمة وخفض التكاليف.
- الإشراف على تخطيط ومراقبة الميزانيات للمشاريع والعقود الخدمية، وضمان تحقيق الأهداف المالية.
- تحليل التقارير المالية وبيانات المشاريع لتحديد الاتجاهات والتنبؤ بالنتائج واتخاذ القرارات المدروسة.
- تنفيذ إجراءات التحكم في التكاليف لتعظيم الربحية وكفاءة الموارد.
- ضمان التزام جميع المشاريع والخدمات بمعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التنظيمية لسيمنز.
- إجراء مراجعات وتفتيشات دورية للحفاظ على معايير الجودة والامتثال.
- تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية ومبادرات تحسين مستمر لمعالجة أي انحرافات.
- المساهمة في التوجه الاستراتيجي لعمليات سيمنز في السعودية، مع التركيز على حلول أنظمة إدارة المباني والأمن.
- تحديد اتجاهات السوق والتقنيات الناشئة وفرص النمو في قطاعي البنية التحتية الذكية والأمن.
- التعاون مع القيادة العليا لتطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات تطوير الأعمال.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير حول أداء المشاريع والوضع المالي والأنشطة التشغيلية للإدارة العليا.
- الحفاظ على تواصل واضح وفعال مع الفرق الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة والشركاء الخارجيين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة العمليات، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي ضمن مجال أنظمة إدارة المباني وحلول الأمن.
- سجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع وعقود خدمات البنية التحتية الذكية للمباني على نطاق واسع.
- معرفة متعمقة بأنظمة إدارة المباني وحلول الأمن والتقنيات ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية وشخصية قوية.
- إجادة منهجيات وأدوات وتقنيات إدارة المشاريع.
- فطنة مالية مع خبرة في إدارة الميزانيات والتحكم في التكاليف.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية مفضلة.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the BMS and Security solutions industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale SI Building projects and service contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of SI Building management systems, Security solutions, and relevant technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred
