بصفتك قائد EHS لخدمات تقنيات الشبكات في السعودية، قد ينقلك يومك من تدريب فريقك من متخصصي EHS أثناء التحقيق في حادث، إلى تدقيق موقع مشروع تحديث، إلى قيادة محادثة أدوات عمل (toolbox talk) تحوّل الامتثال إلى ملكية حقيقية بين فرق الخدمة الميدانية. كل قرار تتخذه يحمي الزملاء والمقاولين العاملين على البنية التحتية الحيوية للطاقة، ويعزز الثقة مع العملاء الذين يضعون معايير السلامة الأعلى في سيمنز للطاقة، ويدفع ثقافة عدم الإضرار (Zero Harm) ورسالة تحول الطاقة الأوسع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وقيادة استراتيجية EHS لخدمات GT في السعودية، وتحديد الأهداف والمستهدفات ومؤشرات الأداء مع دفع التحسين المستمر عبر جميع العمليات.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ EHS في مواقع المشاريع والأنشطة الميدانية في جميع أنحاء المملكة، بما في ذلك الإشراف على الأعمال عالية المخاطر مثل المهام الكهربائية، والتبديل عالي الجهد (HV switching)، والرفع، ودخول الأماكن المغلقة، والعمل على الارتفاعات.
- ضمان ظروف عمل آمنة ومتوافقة في المكاتب وورش العمل والمستودعات، وإدارة التأهب للطوارئ، والحماية من الحرائق، وبرامج الصحة المهنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية في EHS مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو OSHA أو CSP (يفضل).
- خبرة تتراوح بين 8 و10 سنوات متزايدة في مجال EHS ضمن العمليات الصناعية أو الطاقة أو المرافق أو البناء أو الخدمات، مع التعرض للأنشطة الميدانية عالية المخاطر.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق EHS وإدارة أداء EHS عبر مواقع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح EHS السعودية إلى جانب أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الدولية.
- خبرة سابقة في النقل أو المحطات الفرعية أو GIS أو المحولات أو توليد الطاقة أو بيئة تقنية/صناعية مماثلة مطلوبة بشدة.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and lead the EHS strategy for GT Service Saudi Arabia, setting objectives, targets, and performance indicators while driving continuous improvement across all operations
- Own EHS execution across project sites and field service activities nationwide, including oversight of high-risk work such as electrical tasks, HV switching, lifting, confined space entry, and work at height
- Ensure safe, compliant working conditions across offices, workshops, and warehouses, managing emergency preparedness, fire protection, and occupational health programs
- Build and sustain a proactive Zero Harm safety culture by coaching managers and field personnel, running safety campaigns and behavioral safety initiatives, and embedding EHS into daily operations
- Design and deliver EHS training and competency programs, ensuring employees and contractors maintain required certifications and capability across all levels of the organization
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis, and manage a team of three EHS professionals while reporting performance metrics and leading audits and regulatory inspections
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional EHS certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or CSP (preferred)
- 8-10 years of progressive EHS experience within industrial, energy, utilities, construction, or service operations, including exposure to high-risk field activities
- Demonstrated experience leading EHS teams and managing EHS performance across multiple sites or locations simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi Arabian EHS regulations alongside international best practices and standards
- Prior experience in transmission, substations, GIS, transformers, power generation, or a comparable technical/industrial environment is strongly preferred
