المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية مبيعات موجَّهة نحو الوزارات الحكومية والسفارات والجهات المملوكة للدولة
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات موثوقة مع صانعي القرار وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في أسواق المملكة ودول الخليج
- تحديد واقتناص الفرص للوفود الرسمية والخلوات التنفيذية والإقامات الدبلوماسية والفعاليات واسعة النطاق
- إدارة محفظة من الحسابات عالية القيمة مع أهداف إيرادات وأداء واضحة
- قيادة التفاوض على الاتفاقيات التجارية والشراكات والعقود طويلة الأجل
- تنسيق زيارات ميدانية مخصصة وعروض تقديمية وتجارب مصمَّمة للعملاء المحتملين
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الفعاليات والعمليات والإيرادات لضمان تنفيذ سلس لجميع التعاملات
- الشراكة مع الجهات الداخلية للحفاظ على معايير الخصوصية وضمان الجاهزية للضيوف رفيعي المستوى
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والتقويمات الحكومية والفعاليات الرئيسية لتحفيز الطلب بشكل استباقي
- الحفاظ على خطط حسابات دقيقة وقنوات مبيعات وتقارير ضمن أنظمة CRM
- تمثيل العلامة في الفعاليات الصناعية واللقاءات الشبكية والمنتديات الاستراتيجية
- الالتزام بأعلى معايير التقدير والاحترافية وتمثيل العلامة التجارية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات الضيافة الفاخرة أو العلاقات الحكومية أو إدارة الحسابات رفيعة المستوى داخل المملكة أو دول الخليج
- شبكة علاقات قوية حالية مع الجهات الحكومية والمؤسسات التنظيمية - يُفضل بشكل كبير
- خبرة في بيئات الضيافة فائقة الفخامة أو بيئات الخدمة المماثلة الراقية - ميزة إضافية
- فهم عميق للثقافة التجارية السعودية والبروتوكول والمبيعات القائمة على العلاقات
- سجل مثبت في تأمين وإدارة الحسابات عالية القيمة
- مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والتأثير وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة
- مستوى عالٍ من التقدير والاحترافية والذكاء الثقافي
- فطنة تجارية قوية مع مهارات تفاوض متقدمة
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية - أساسية

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on government ministries, embassies, and state-owned entities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across KSA and GCC markets
- Identify and secure opportunities for official delegations, executive retreats, diplomatic stays, and large-scale events
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with clear revenue targets and performance goals
- Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, partnerships, and long-term contracts
- Coordinate tailored site inspections, presentations, and curated experiences for prospective clients
- Collaborate closely with Events, Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless delivery of all engagements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to uphold privacy standards and ensure readiness for high-profile guests
- Monitor market trends, government calendars, and key events to proactively drive demand
- Maintain accurate account plans, sales pipelines, and reporting within CRM systems
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking engagements, and strategic forums
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and brand representation
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality sales, government relations, or high-level account management within KSA or GCC
- Strong existing network within government entities and institutional organizations is highly preferred
- Experience in ultra-luxury hospitality or similarly high-end service environments is advantageous
- Deep understanding of Saudi business culture, protocol, and relationship-driven sales
- Proven track record in securing and managing high-value accounts
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural intelligence
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and commercial systems
