فندق Portaluna هو أحد فنادق Morgans Originals، وهي علامة تجارية معروفة بفنادقها الأصلية وقصصها الفريدة. يمثل هذا الفندق أول حضور للمجموعة في مصر، ويوفر أجواءً مفعمة بالحيوية والإثارة. نبحث عن أمين مستودع للانضمام إلى الفريق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام وفحص جميع البضائع الواردة لضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات من حيث الجودة والكمية.
- تنظيم وتخزين المخزون بطريقة فعالة ومنظمة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمستويات المخزون وتحديث أنظمة إدارة المخزون بانتظام.
- مراقبة دوران المخزون لضمان استخدام العناصر الأقدم أولاً (FIFO) لمنع التلف أو انتهاء الصلاحية.
- توزيع المواد على الأقسام المختلفة (مثل المطبخ، التدبير المنزلي، الصيانة) حسب احتياجاتهم.
- حفظ سجلات دقيقة للتوزيع لتجنب أي تناقضات.
- إجراء جرد فعلي منتظم للمخزون والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات للإدارة.
- المساعدة في إعادة طلب المخزون عند انخفاض الكميات.
- التأكد من توثيق جميع الإيصالات وطلبات الشراء والمعاملات بشكل صحيح.
- حفظ جميع أوامر الشراء والفواتير وإشعارات التسليم لأغراض التدقيق وإعداد التقارير.
- فحص البضائع الواردة للتأكد من جودتها وضمان ظروف التخزين المناسبة.
- الإبلاغ عن البضائع التالفة أو منتهية الصلاحية أو المعيبة للموردين والإدارة.
- التأكد من تخزين جميع المخزون بما يتوافق مع معايير السلامة والصحة، بما في ذلك لوائح النظافة.
- اتباع إجراءات التعامل السليمة مع المواد الخطرة أو القابلة للتلف.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من الإدارة لدعم التشغيل الفعال للإدارة والأهداف العامة للمنشأة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل وجود خلفية في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة المخزون أو العمل كأمين مستودع، ويفضل في فندق أو مطعم أو بيئة مماثلة.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة المخزون وإدارة المخزون.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على التنسيق مع مختلف الأقسام.

Job Description
Receive and check all incoming stock to ensure that the quality and quantity match the order specifications.
- Organize and store inventory in an efficient and orderly manner.
- Maintain proper records of stock levels and update inventory management systems regularly.
- Monitor stock rotation to ensure that older items are used first to prevent spoilage or expiration (FIFO - First In, First Out).
- Issue supplies to various departments (e.g., kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance) as per their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of distribution to avoid any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and report discrepancies to the management.
- Assist with reordering stock when items are running low.
- Ensure all receipts, requisitions, and inventory transactions are documented correctly.
- File and maintain all purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Report damaged, expired, or defective goods to suppliers and management.
- Ensure that all stock is stored in compliance with safety and health standards, including hygiene regulations.
- Follow the proper handling procedures for hazardous or perishable items.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support the effective operation of the department and the broader goals of the property.

- Previous experience in inventory management or storekeeping, ideally in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
