- إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات السياسات العامة والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية لدعم الأهداف التجارية والتنظيمية والصناعية للشركة في المنطقة.
- بناء علاقات موثوقة مع الجهات الحكومية وتقديم المشورة للإدارة العليا بشأن التطورات السياسية والتنظيمية.
- المساهمة في تشكيل النتائج التنظيمية الداعمة لتبني السيارات الكهربائية وتحقيق أولويات الأعمال الأوسع.
- العمل ضمن هيكل تنظيمي عالمي بدرجة عالية من الكفاءة والتعاون تحت الضغط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة جهود السياسات في المملكة وأسواق الشرق الأوسط ذات الأولوية كحلقة اتصال رئيسية مع الوزارات والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تنفيذ استراتيجية السياسات الإقليمية بالتنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الأعمال والتجارة وسلسلة التوريد والإدارة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات رفيعة المستوى مع الحكومة والسلك الدبلوماسي والجمعيات الصناعية ومراكز الفكر.
- مراقبة التطورات التنظيمية وتوقعها، وتقديم تحذيرات مبكرة وتوصيات استباقية للإدارة العليا بشأن القوانين المفيدة أو الناشئة أو الضارة.
- إعداد مواد سياسية عالية الجودة وإيجازات تنفيذية.
- تمثيل الشركة في التحالفات والهيئات الصناعية للترويج لأولويات السيارات الكهربائية والاستدامة.
- ضمان توافق وجهات النظر بين الأطراف الداخلية والاتساق عبر أسواق الشرق الأوسط.
- دعم استمرارية العلاقات الحالية مع أصحاب المصلحة والأولويات السياسية في المملكة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم السياسية أو القانون أو الاتصالات أو العلاقات الدولية أو السياسات العامة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-4 سنوات لمنصب Manager، و5+ سنوات لمنصب Senior Manager في مجال السياسات العامة أو الشؤون الحكومية أو الدعوة التنظيمية.
- فهم قوي للمشهد التنظيمي في المملكة والشرق الأوسط، بما في ذلك قضايا التجارة الدولية والسيارات والطاقة وخصوصية البيانات والأمن السيبراني.
- إلمام بالأطر الحكومية والتنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والسياسات والقوانين في المملكة والشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية وتقديم المشورة للإدارة العليا.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في مؤسسات معقدة ومتعددة الثقافات ومصفوفية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
- إجادة اللغة العربية كلغة أم مع إتقان قوي للغة الإنجليزية؛ لغات أخرى إضافية ميزة.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead policy engagement in KSA and priority Middle East markets as the primary point of contact for ministries, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Drive execution of Lucid’s regional policy strategy in close coordination with commercial, product, supply chain, and leadership teams.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across government, diplomatic corps, industry associations, and think tanks.
- Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments, acting as an early warning system for the Director of International Policy and Public Affairs and Lucid’s executive team on beneficial, emerging, or potentially harmful regulations in KSA and other Middle East markets, and providing proactive insights and clear recommendations to leadership.
- Develop high-quality policy materials and executive briefings.
- Represent Lucid in external coalitions and industry bodies to advance EV and sustainability policy priorities.
- Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and consistency across Middle East markets.
- Support continuity and strengthening of existing stakeholder relationships and ongoing policy priorities in KSA.
- Required: A bachelor’s degree in political science, law, communications, international relations, public policy, or a related field, with a strong background in the automotive industry and/or relevant experience.
- Preferred: Candidates with a master’s degree are strongly preferred.
- Manager: 2-4 years; Senior Manager: 5+ years of relevant experience in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory advocacy.
- Strong understanding of KSA and Middle East regulatory landscapes, including international trade issues, automotive, energy, and data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with relevant KSA and Middle East government and regulatory frameworks, key stakeholders, policies, and laws.
- Experience engaging government stakeholders and advising senior leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multicultural, and matrixed organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency required; other language abilities are a plus.
- Strong ownership and drive, with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.
- Professional maturity and sound judgment, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational awareness and ability to operate effectively within clear structures and lines of accountability.
- Excellent prioritization and execution under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset across teams, cultures, and geographies.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to senior audiences.
