شركة Parsons Corporation، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال الهندسة والإنشاءات، تبحث عن محترف متمرس لشغل وظيفة قائد معدات السكك الحديدية (Lead Rolling Stock) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور قيادة الفريق لتقديم الخدمات الفنية لتركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة المعدات الدارجة ومعدات المستودعات، وضمان تحقيق متطلبات المشروع ضمن الميزانية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مع توفير مركبات وبنية تحتية آمنة ومناسبة للغرض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على جميع أنشطة اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة السكك الحديدية والبنية التحتية والمعدات الدارجة، ومراقبة أعمال اختبار وتشغيل وتسليم المقاولين من الباطن.
  • مراجعة والتعليق على جميع برامج وإجراءات وتقارير الاختبار والتشغيل مع مراعاة متطلبات التشغيل والصيانة.
  • مراقبة جميع أنشطة الاختبار (اختبار النوع، اختبار الأداء، الاختبار الروتيني، الاختبار الديناميكي والاختبار النهائي) وتحديد المشكلات وفرص التحسين.
  • ضمان دقة العمل الذي ينتجه المصممون والمقاولون من حيث التكامل وإجراء الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • مراجعة أنشطة إدارة التكامل للنظام لضمان تكامل المعدات والبيانات بشكل صحيح.
  • التنسيق والمراقبة على الواجهات والتكامل المتعلقة بالمعدات الدارجة مع التخصصات الأخرى (أبواب المنصة، الإشارات، SCADA وإمداد الطاقة).
  • مراقبة وضمان تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات الدارجة والميزات ذات الصلة (مع إدارة عملية الصيانة).
  • التواصل مع التخصصات والمقاولين الآخرين لضمان التكامل والتكوين المناسبين للنظام في جميع جوانب المشروع.
  • التواصل مع مديري واجهات النظام لدى المقاولين لتخطيط وجدولة اختبارات التكامل والوثائق وتسليم تقارير النتائج.
  • تحديد وبدء وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ومنهجيات تحسين العمليات بما يتوافق مع خفض التكاليف وهيكل المؤسسة الرشيق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية (بكالوريوس علوم كحد أدنى) أو هندسة الأعمال (بكالوريوس علوم أو ما يعادله كحد أدنى).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة المترو مع فهم متين لدورة حياة هندسة النظم.
  • معرفة بأساسيات تخصصات وأنظمة هندسة السكك الحديدية.
  • خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • التزام قوي برسالة المنظمة ودافع عالٍ للجمع بين الطاقة والخبرة مع الزملاء لتحقيق هدف مشترك.
  • القدرة على نشر العمليات والأدوات المتاحة ومنهجيات إدارة الوقت التي تزيد الكفاءة والإنتاجية لتحقيق الأهداف.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التواصل، وإجادة كتابة التقارير وتيسير المجموعات، ومهارات العرض، وطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً). معرفة اللغة العربية مفضلة.
  • تفكير تحليلي، حل المشكلات، الابتكار في الأعمال، والتوجه نحو خدمة العملاء.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an experienced Lead Rolling Stock professional to join our team. The Lead Rolling Stock will lead the team in effectively delivering technical services for the installation, testing, and commissioning of rolling stock and depot equipment systems. This role ensures that project requirements are met within budget and in line with key performance indicators, while providing safe and fit-for-purpose vehicles and infrastructure.

Reporting to the Systems Manager, the Lead Rolling Stock will be responsible for developing and reviewing engineering, quality, and operational standards, as well as specifications, procedures, and instructions for electronic rolling stock systems and related equipment. These will be designed to ensure fitness for purpose and to support the safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of all assets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee all rail systems, rail infrastructure and rolling stock testing & commissioning activities and monitor sub-contractors' testing, commissioning and handover work
  • Review and comment on all testing & commissioning programs, procedures, reports, etc. in due consideration of operation and maintenance requirements
  • Monitor all testing activities (Type Testing, Performance Testing, Routine Testing, Dynamic Testing and Final Testing) and identify issues and opportunities for improvements
  • Ensure accuracy of the work produced by the designers, design & build contractors, etc. in terms of system integration, test and commissioning
  • Review system integration management activities so that the system can be properly integrated in terms of equipment, data, etc.
  • Coordinate and monitor rolling stock related interfaces and integration with other disciplines (Platform Screen Doors, Signaling, SCADA and Power Supply).
  • Monitor (maintainer manages the process) and ensure the implementation of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the rolling stock and related features.
  • Liaise with other disciplines and contractors to ensure proper integration and configuration of the system for all aspects of the project;
  • Liaise with System Interface Managers of the contractors to plan and schedule integration tests and documentation and submission of result reports; and
  • Identify, initiate, and implement corrective actions and process improvement methodologies in line with cost reduction and lean organization.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor of Sciences minimum) or Business engineering (Bachelor of Sciences or equivalent minimum).
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in metro system testing and commissioning with solid understanding of Systems Engineering Life Cycle.
  • Knowledge of fundamental of rail engineering disciplines and systems.
  • Possess strong commitment to the organization mission and is highly motivated to combine energy and expertise with other colleagues to achieve a common objective.
  • Ability to deploy available processes, tools and time management methodologies that increase efficiency and productivity to fulfil objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in report writing and group facilitation; presentation skills, and fluency in English spoken and written. Knowledge of Arabic language preferred.
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving, business innovation, and customer service orientation.
  • GCC Experience
