GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة Inspector (مفتش جودة) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

مفتش الجودة سيكون مسؤولاً عن مهام فحص الجودة في عمليات الخلية. في هذا الدور، سيبني معرفة حول جميع جوانب الجودة في العمليات والفحص أثناء إصلاح مكونات التوربينات الغازية بدءاً من الفحص الوارد، والفحص أثناء العملية، والفحص النهائي. كما سيبني معرفة حول كتابة تقارير فنية عن ظروف العمل والعيوب التي تحدث في العمليات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الامتثال لجميع متطلبات السلامة والجودة، والتجاوز والتوجيه بالقدوة.
  • إجراء فحص الاستلام والفحص النهائي لمكونات التوربينات الغازية لتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة / العيوب.
  • تفسير وقياس وتقييم النتائج وفقاً للرموز والمعايير والمواصفات المعمول بها.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات GEMTEC وتعزيز EHS والجودة والامتثال في ورشة العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم تقني مع خبرة عمل ذات صلة.
  • معرفة EHS والجودة المطلوبة في عمليات التصنيع.
  • القدرة على قراءة وفهم تعليمات العمل وإجراءات QMS.
  • القدرة على كتابة التقارير الفنية.
  • القدرة على فهم الرسومات والوثائق الفنية.
  • القدرة على استخدام تطبيقات MS Office.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة مثبتة بالجودة والسلامة وأنظمة الكمبيوتر في الورشة ومتطلبات دعم الورشة.
  • خبرة في فحص الجودة لمدة 5 سنوات أو أكثر.
  • القدرة على تفسير وقراءة الرسومات و REIs.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات القياس: الفرجار، مؤشرات القرص، إلخ.
  • شهادة NDT.
  • يفضل معرفة SAP.
  • القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.

Role Summary/Purpose

The QC Inspector will be responsible of the quality inspection tasks in the cell operations. In this role, he will build knowledge about all aspects of quality in operations and inspection during repair of gas turbine components from incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection. He will also build knowledge about writing technical reports of job conditions and defects happen in operations.

Essential Responsibilities

The selected candidate must conform to all safety and quality requirements. This candidate is expected to go above and beyond and lead by example.

  • Perform incoming and final inspection on gas turbine components to identify nonconformances/defects.

  • Interpret, measure and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications

  • Follow all GEMTEC policies and procedures and be a promoter of EHS, Quality and compliance on the shop floor

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Technical diploma with related work experience.

  • Knowledge of EHS and quality required in manufacturing operations

  • Ability to read and understand Work Instruction and QMS procedures

  • Ability to write technical reports

  • Ability to understand drawing and technical documents

  • Ability to use MS Office application

Desired Characteristics

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Quality, Safety, shop computer systems and Shop Support requirements

  • Have quality inspection experience for 5+ years

  • Ability to interpret and read drawings and REIs -Ability to use measuring instruments; calipers, dial indicators, … etc.

  • NDT certification

  • Preferred SAP knowledge.

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
