تعلن شركة العربية للطيران عن توفر وظيفة قبطان من النوع المجاز (Type Rated Captain) لطائرة إيرباص 320، في مدينة القاهرة، مصر.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

إجراء الرحلات الجوية المكلف بها وفقاً للأحكام التفصيلية لدليل العمليات الجوية للشركة وبما يتوافق مع لوائح هيئة الطيران المدني ذات العلاقة. ضمان تحقيق أقصى درجات السلامة والأمن والكفاءة في جميع الرحلات المشغلة؛ دعم وتوجيه طاقم القيادة والمقصورة، والتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ والسيناريوهات غير المجدولة بفعالية، والسيطرة على الرحلة لضمان أداء ناجح وصورة إيجابية للشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • القيام برحلات الطيران المكلف بها من وجهة إلى أخرى وفق الجداول الزمنية وخطط الطيران المعتمدة؛ تحمل المسؤولية النهائية عن الطائرة أثناء الرحلات المكلف بها مع مراعاة العوامل التالية حسب الأولوية: السلامة، الكفاءة، راحة الركاب.
  • ضمان تنفيذ الرحلات وفق الأحكام التفصيلية لدليل عمليات الطيران للشركة واللوائح ذات العلاقة، وتنفيذ ومراقبة الإجراءات اللازمة لسلامة التشغيل.
  • ضمان الحضور في الوقت المحدد، والمظهر اللائق، واللياقة البدنية والصلاحية القانونية للطيارين في الرحلات المكلف بها؛ إجراء الإحاطة القبلية (Briefing) للطاقم لضمان الإلمام بتفاصيل الرحلة.
  • التنسيق مع مساعدي الطيارين وفريق الإرسال قبل كل رحلة لضمان تجهيز طاقم القيادة والمقصورة وتزويدهم بالمعلومات اللازمة بما يشمل الحالة الفنية للطائرة، تفضيلات المسار، الأحوال الجوية، الوقود، الوزن، توزيع الأدوار وغيرها.
  • ضمان، ضمن قيود السلامة المحددة، قيادة الطائرة لتحقيق الاستخدام الأكثر كفاءة وفعالية للوقود أثناء الرحلة.
  • ضمان إجراء فحوصات السلامة والأمن والوقود والعبور اللازمة لكل رحلة من قبل طاقم القيادة والمقصورة قبل وأثناء وبعد الرحلة؛ اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة وتوجيه الطاقم حول كيفية التعامل مع المخالفات الأمنية أو السلامة.
  • التعاون مع مهندسي الصيانة لتأكيد الحالة الفنية للطائرة ومدى صلاحيتها للطيران؛ طلب دعم مركز مراقبة الصيانة ومرافق الصيانة المعتمدة للإبلاغ عن أي عيوب أو مشكلات فنية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية فوراً.
  • التأكد من تحميل كافة الوثائق والسجلات الفنية اللازمة بالبيانات الدقيقة وفق لوائح هيئة الطيران المدني والإجراءات المعتمدة، مثل سجل الرحلة الفني، دفتر الرحلة، أوراق الصعود، التقارير وغيرها.
  • ضمان توزيع دليل عمليات الطيران للشركة ومحاسبته وصيانته وتحديثه وفهمه من قبل طاقم القيادة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالمتطلبات القانونية للهيئات التنظيمية المختلفة مثل هيئة الطيران المدني وشركة إيرباص وأي جهة تنظيمية أخرى ذات صلة بالرحلات الجوية وطاقم القيادة.
  • القيام بمهام إضافية أرضية كمسؤول السلامة أو مسؤول الأمن حسب توجيهات المدير المباشر ووفق أحكام دليل العمليات الجوية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • امتلاك رخصة طيار نقل جوي (ATPL) مناسبة إلزامي.
  • اجتياز التقييم الفني والنفسي لاختيار الطيارين وفق معايير الشركة وهيئة الطيران المدني.
  • اجتياز فحص اللياقة الطبية للطيارين وفق معايير الشركة وهيئة الطيران المدني.
  • تدريب على السلامة والاستجابة للطوارئ أساسي، ويُفضل وجود مؤهل رسمي.
  • تدريب على إجراءات ولوائح أمن المطار الأساسية يُعتبر ميزة.
  • تدريب على إدارة موارد الطاقم (Crew Resources Management) يُعتبر ميزة.
  • معرفة مبادئ ومعايير الاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي (IATA) المتعلقة بالأمن ميزة.
  • إتقان أنظمة الطائرات وإتقان استخدام حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
  • مهارات جيدة جداً في الاتصال الكتابي والشفوي، كتابة التقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية.
  • لغة إنجليزية جيدة جداً (معرفة لغات محلية أخرى في بلد العمل ميزة).
  • خبرة كحد أدنى 4000 ساعة طيران، ويفضل أن تكون على طائرة إيرباص 320.
  • خبرة مع شركات طيران منخفضة التكلفة مرغوبة جداً.
  • حيازة المعرفة اللازمة في أنظمة الطائرات وإجراءات التشغيل.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع المهام الإضافية مثل مهام الأمن والسلامة حسب لوائح الشركة وهيئة الطيران المدني.
  • الإلمام بإجراءات ضمان الجودة والسلامة والأمن والتدقيق المتعلقة بعمليات الطيران.
  • القدرة على تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات والأدلة وفق المعايير واللوائح المعتمدة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة متغيرة مع جداول عمل مكثفة وسيناريوهات غير مجدولة.
  • هدوء النفس، ثقة بالنفس وتركيز، والقدرة على التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ والتهديدات بكفاءة.
  • مهارات مثبتة في تحليل البيانات وتحديد المشكلات وتقديم حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة.
  • التوجه نحو التكلفة، وامتلاك مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
  • دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل والنتائج.

Job Purpose

To conduct assigned flights in accordance with the detailed provisions of the Airline Operational Manual and in compliance with the respective civil aviation authority-related regulations. He/she must ensure ultimate safety, security, and efficiency are achieved throughout all operated flights; supports and guide the flight/cabin crew, handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively, and take control over the flight to ensure successful performance and positive corporate image

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Flies the assigned aircraft from one destination to another in accordance with the given schedules and approved flight plans; carries his/her duties and acts as the ultimate responsible for the aircraft during the assigned flights taking into account the following key factors, in order of priority:

i. Safety

ii. Efficiency

iii. Passenger comfort

  • Ensures that assigned flights are conducted in accordance with the detailed provisions of the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulations. At all times, implements, monitors and maintains the procedures necessary to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the aircraft undertaken.
  • Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness and legality of self and Flight Crew for the assigned flights. Conducts pre- flight “Briefing” to ensure members are acknowledged with flight details; continuously ensures briefing is properly done prior to each action as per the adopted procedures.
  • Liaises with co-pilots (First Officer and Second Officer) and Dispatch Team prior to each flight ensuring flight/cabin crew members are well prepared and provided with required information, this includes aircraft technical status, route preferences, weather, fuel, weight, distribution of roles, etc.
  • Ensures, within the safety constraints as detailed in the relevant sections of the Airline’s Operations Manual, that the aircraft is flown so as to make most efficient and effective use of fuel during the flight.
  • Ensures the required safety, security, fuel, and transit checks are carried for each flight by the Flight/Cabin assigned crew members before, during and post each flight. Takes necessary action and directs the crew on how to react in case of safety or security irregularities; decides on escalations if needed.
  • Cooperates with the Maintenance Engineers to confirm the aircraft technical status and ensure its suitability to fly; seeks the support of MCC and MROs to raise possible concerns and identify any defects or technical issues; implements the rectification or corrective measure immediately where applicable.
  • Makes sure all the needed documents and technical logs are loaded with necessary accurate data as per the Airline and civil aviation authority regulations and adopted procedures. This includes the technical logbook, journey book, boarding sheets, reports, etc.
  • Ensures that the Airline Operations Manual is distributed, accounted for, maintained, kept up to date, understood and complied with by Flight Crew.
  • Keeps himself/herself up-to-date with the legal requirements of the different regulatory bodies such as, civil aviation authority, Airbus Company and any other relevant regulatory body relating to flights and Flight Crew.
  • Undertakes additional, ground based tasks such as Safety Officer or Security Officer, as directed by the line manager and in accordance with the provisions of Part A of the Airline’s Operations Manual.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

  • Appropriate ATPL License is a must.
  • He/she must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
  • He/she must pass the Medical Fitness check-up carried for the Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
  • Training in safety and emergency response is essential - a formal qualification is an advantage.
  • Basic Airport, security procedures and regulations training is an advantage.
  • Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage.
  • IATA principles & standards relating to security is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Aircraft systems, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Very good in written and verbal communication skills, Technical reports writing, presentations, etc.
  • Very good in English Language (other local languages in country of employment are an advantage)

Work Experience

  • He/she must have completed a minimum of 4000 hours of flying an aircraft, Airbus 320 is preferred.
  • Experience with low-cost airline is highly desirable.
  • Possesses acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures.
  • He/she must possess needed knowledge and exposure to handle any other role delegated to him/her such as security or safety related roles as required by the Airline and respective civil aviation authority regulations.
  • Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices related to and affecting Flight Operations.
  • Capable of implementing policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations.
  • Capable to perform in a changing environment with heavy work-load schedules and ad-hoc scenarios.
  • Composed, self-confident and focused, capable of handling emergencies and threats with efficiency.
  • Proven skills in analysing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions.
  • Cost-oriented, possesses effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
