فرصة مثيرة للعمل كمشرف أطفال في النادي الصغير بمنتجع Jumeirah The Red Sea، حيث ستكون مسؤولاً عن خلق بيئة ديناميكية وجذابة تضمن للأطفال تجربة ممتعة وتعليمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق بيئة ديناميكية وجذابة في النادي الصغير، وضمان تجربة ممتعة وتعليمية للأطفال.
- قيادة أنشطة ترفيهية وتعليمية متنوعة تناسب مختلف الفئات العمرية والاهتمامات، بما في ذلك الأعمال اليدوية والتجارب العلمية والألعاب الجماعية.
- تقديم خدمات رعاية أطفال مخصصة عند الحاجة، وتوفير الراحة والأمان للأطفال المنفصلين عن ذويهم.
- الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ومضبوطة، والتدخل في حالات الخلافات أو المشكلات السلوكية فوراً.
- تقديم الإسعافات الأولية ومعالجة الإصابات عند الضرورة، مع التأكد من توثيق الحوادث وإبلاغ الوالدين.
- إدارة المعاملات النقدية والمخزون للمواد الاستهلاكية والبضائع في النادي، وضمان سير العمليات بكفاءة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة معتمدة محلية مماثلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنة في نفس الدور (يفضل في قطاع الضيافة).
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية أو اللغة المحلية المفضلة (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث - أساسي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- إظهار مهارات التواصل اللفظي وغير اللفظي مع الأطفال.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Play Attendant to join the Kids Club team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Create a dynamic and engaging environment at the Kids Club, ensuring children have a joyful and educational experience.
- Lead various recreational and educational activities tailored to different age groups and interests, including arts & crafts, science experiments, and group games.
- Provide personalized childcare services when required, offering comfort and safety for children separated from their parents.
- Supervise all activities to maintain a safe and controlled environment, intervening in conflicts or addressing behavioral issues promptly.
- Administer first aid and handle injuries as necessary, while ensuring incident reports are filed and parents are informed.
- Manage cash transactions and inventory for club consumables and merchandise, ensuring efficient operations.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- Hold a Higher Secondary School certificate or Country specific certification.
- Demonstrates both verbal and non-verbal communication with Kids.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience (preferably within the hospitality industry) in the same role.
- Ability to work flexible hours .
- Be proficient in English or preferred local language (Read/Write/Speak - Essential) .
