Job Title: Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Location: Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

A leading construction company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer to join its site operations team in Al Kharj. The successful candidate will be involved in supervising and monitoring construction activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.

• Assist in quantity surveying and material tracking.

• Participate in inspections and handover procedures for completed works.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.

• Support in resolving technical and site-related issues.

• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

• Willingness to work on construction sites and in field-based roles.

• Good understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
