Next Match AI LLC is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to shape and expand our digital brand footprint within the Kingdom and across the wider GCC. As Saudi Arabia rapidly implements its Vision 2030 digital framework, our AI-driven recruitment engines and secure Document Verification systems are leading the future of talent mobility.

Operating remotely within Saudi Arabia, you will take full ownership of our localized social media presence, converting intricate technological developments into meaningful narratives on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram. You will champion our digital community interactions, ensure brand alignment, and collaborate closely with our core marketing hub in Abu Dhabi.

• Localized Content Architecture: Strategy, production, and scheduling of a comprehensive content calendar that highlights our HR-Tech software, AI updates, and corporate achievements.
• Community Management: Maintain active, highly professional communication across our social spaces, fostering a positive brand image and responding swiftly to industry discussions.
• Growth Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with design and advertising resources to draft copy and media assets tailored for targeted Meta and LinkedIn campaigns within the KSA market.
• Performance Analytics Tracking: Audit monthly platform metrics (reach, user actions, click-through trends) to draw clear insights and continuously improve engagement strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance Guarding: Ensure all shared content respects regional cultural nuances and aligns seamlessly with Next Match AI LLC’s global corporate guidelines.

• Proven Media Experience: 3+ years of experience leading social channels, corporate branding, or content production for SaaS platforms, digital agencies, or enterprise tech firms.
• Bilingual Communication Mastery: Flawless professional-level verbal and written skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory to engage the local Saudi workforce and enterprise clients.
• Creative Tool Proficiency: A compelling portfolio showcasing refined copywriting and an eye for digital asset creation (experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, or modern video editors).
• Platform Savvy: Complete comfort utilizing modern platform analytics and scheduling infrastructure (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).

• Base Salary: SAR 16,200 - SAR 21,000 per month (Tax-Free, dependent on portfolio depth and SaaS background).
