Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly skilled, resourceful, and product-minded App Developer to take comprehensive code ownership of our mobile application ecosystem. As our automated candidate matching networks and foundational HR API infrastructure experience rapid commercial scaling across North America and the GCC, launching and scaling low-latency mobile tools across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a vital strategic initiative.

Operating completely remote from within Saudi Arabia, you will direct end-to-end mobile development-from engineering slick, responsive layouts to optimizing background performance syncs and API handshake architectures. You will collaborate daily with our senior technology and leadership hub in Abu Dhabi.

• End-to-End App Architecture: Design, build, deploy, and maintain high-performance native or cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• API Integration & Performance: Seamlessly connect mobile frontends with our complex backend systems and foundational HR API layers, ensuring clean data caching, minimal battery drain, and fast state management.
• UI/UX Polish & Interaction Stability: Translate pixel-perfect designs into fluid, responsive mobile views, keeping user onboarding workflows simple and highly intuitive.
• Store Optimization & Deployment: Manage the complete deployment pipeline, including beta testing distribution, version targeting, and successful submission structures for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Triage crashes, optimize native rendering pipelines, and systematically squash bugs based on live system telemetry and user logs.

• Proven Mobile Track Record: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping and maintaining production-ready mobile applications inside a B2B SaaS platform, fintech firm, or high-growth tech ecosystem.
• Technical Framework Fluency: Production-level mastery of native ecosystems (Swift/Kotlin) or modern cross-platform runtime systems (React Native or Flutter) paired with robust asynchronous programming patterns.
• State Management & Network Literacy: Deep understanding of RESTful/GraphQL client-server communication, offline data storage profiles, and continuous telemetry logging.
• Version Control Architecture: Expert handling of branching, merging, code reviews, and continuous deployment workflows inside Git/GitHub environments.
• Elite Dual-Lingual Communication: Flawless professional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. You must be fully equipped to document code transparently and collaborate cleanly across distributed engineering channels.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly matching quantitative discipline.

• Base Salary: SAR 15,000 - SAR 19,000 per month (Tax-Free, dependent on depth of mobile product engineering background and technical evaluation performance).
