المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء عمليات التصنيع وتشغيل ماكينات مثل EDM وMKG وغيرها من ماكينات CNC وأجهزة التلميع الأوتوماتيكية وفقاً لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومواصفات العملية ومتطلبات الجودة.
- قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة والوثائق الفنية والرسومات الهندسية لضمان تنفيذ العملية بدقة.
- تسجيل وصيانة بيانات العملية والفحص بدقة حسب المطلوب.
- إعداد وتشغيل ومراقبة معدات CNC وEDM والليزر والتلميع والفحص بأمان وفعالية.
- فحص القطع قبل وبعد عمليات التصنيع والتنظيف والتلميع والفحص لضمان مطابقتها لمتطلبات الجودة.
- الالتزام بـ Standard Work و Standard Work Combination Sheets لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وسير العمل بكفاءة.
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقاً لمعايير 5S.
- إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق لمبادئ Lean في أنشطة العمل اليومية.
- أداء السفع الرملي إذا لزم الأمر.
- تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة وزمن الدورة وسير العمل وتقليل الهدر.
- دعم تحسينات العمل القياسي وتنظيم الخط والإدارة المرئية والانضباط الإجرائي لتعزيز تطبيق Lean.
- المساهمة في جهود الفريق لتحسين أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية والإنتاجية الإجمالية للورشة.
- العمل ضمن زمن Takt وتوقعات سير العمل القياسي لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
- استخدام أنظمة واجهات الورشة مثل ELM و SmartShop حسب الحاجة.
- الامتثال لسياسات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل القياسي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية جامعية أو خبرة عملية مكافئة.
- معرفة في تشغيل ماكينات CNC وتقنية EDM والتصنيع بالليزر والتشطيب أو عمليات التصنيع الصناعية ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التنظيف بالبخار والسفع الرملي وعمليات التلميع اليدوي أو الآلي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع مكونات توربينات الغاز أو أجزاء الطيران/الصناعية الدقيقة الأخرى.
- خبرة مع ماكينات HAAS أو ما شابهها من ماكينات VTB / VTL / VFB / Lathe / Milling Machine.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Machining and operate machines such as EDM, MKG, and other CNC and auto polisher in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and quality requirements.
- Read and interpret work instructions, quality forms, technical documentation, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate process execution.
- Record and maintain accurate process and inspection data as required.
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC, EDM, laser, polishing, and inspection equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts before and after machining, cleaning, polishing, and inspection processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.
- Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.
- Perform grit blasting if required.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.
- Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.
- Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.
- Work within takt time and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.
- Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM and SmartShop as required.
- Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.
- Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Knowledge in CNC machining, EDM, laser machining, finishing, or related industrial manufacturing operations.
- Min 2 years’ experience with steam cleaning, grit blasting, and manual or automated coating polishing processes.
- Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
- HAAS or similar brand of VTB / VTL / VFB / Lathe / Milling Machine experience.
