شركة Wood، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة TPE V / Principal Piping Engineer للانضمام إلى مشروع تعديني في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبير في التخطيط والمواد (Layout and Material).
- معرفة في تحليل الإجهادات (Stress Analysis).
- بداية التخصص في مجال معين.
- مستخدم متميز للبرامج ذات الصلة وقوالب الحساب.
- القدرة على فهم وتفسير المعلومات الفنية المتعلقة بتخصص الهندسة.
- إظهار تطبيق النظرية في سياق عملي.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- موقف إيجابي، روح التعاون، ومهارة حل المشكلات.
- خبرة في مشاريع كبرى تم إنجازها في بيئة S3d/E3D.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الخبرة التخصصية للشركة.
- استخدام المعرفة الفنية لتنفيذ المهام الهندسية وإنتاج مجموعة من مخرجات الهندسة (بما في ذلك المهام الأكثر تعقيداً).
- تقييم واختيار وتكييف التقنيات والإجراءات والمعايير القياسية لتنفيذ المهام.
- مؤهل بالكامل لتنفيذ معظم الأنشطة الهندسية المعيارية والمباشرة، والعمل دون إشراف في معظم جوانب العمل.
- أداء جميع الجوانب التقليدية للهندسة التصميمية والتحليلية، والعمل كمحرر وثائق.
- إنشاء ومراجعة التصاميم والرسومات والمواصفات والمخرجات الهندسية الأخرى التي تتضمن تقنيات وتطبيقات جديدة وقائمة.
- المشكلات المطروحة تتضمن مفاهيم جديدة وقضايا جديدة ومتنوعة تتطلب خبرة فنية وابتكارات متزايدة أو تعديلات كبيرة على السوابق.
- وضع تصاميم تفصيلية ومواصفات أداء لتحقيق متطلبات المواصفات العامة المحددة للمكونات والأنظمة والعمليات.
- التخطيط وتنفيذ الخطوات المتعاقبة ومعالجة المشكلات بتوجيه عام من التعليمات والسياسات والسوابق.
- المسؤولية عن تحقيق متطلبات التكلفة والجدول الزمني للقسم في إنتاج المخرجات، وتنسيق جدول العمل الخاص، وإعداد تقارير التقدم.
- التوصية بالتغييرات في الخطط والتكلفة التقديرية عند الضرورة.
- تطوير مجموعة من المخرجات الهندسية، بما في ذلك المواصفات والحسابات والتقارير والطلبات الفنية وغيرها.
- تفسير المواصفات والتحقق من الصعوبات.
- مراجعة وثائق الموردين.
- المشاركة الفعالة في مراجعات التصميم.
- حل المشكلات في مجال الخبرة: تتضمن المشكلات مفاهيم جديدة ومشكلات جديدة ومتنوعة تتطلب خبرة فنية وتحقيقاً وتفسيراً.
- تطوير حلول بديلة، وتحديد المخاطر والفوائد.
- تطوير حلول للمشكلات غير المتكررة من خلال تقييم وتفسير وتقييم السوابق والبيانات المختلفة.
- ممارسة الحكم المهني في اختيار وتفسير المعلومات وتعديل الأساليب والإجراءات القياسية.
- في مجالات الأعمال الاستشارية، قد يُقدم مشاريع صغيرة النطاق مع مسؤولية عن التكلفة والجدول الزمني وتخصيص الموارد والمخاطر، مع العمل ضمن خطة إدارة برنامج محددة.
- تقديم المدخلات الفنية والدعم للعروض حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً.
- يُفضّل أن تكون لديه خبرة في صناعة التعدين.
- خبرة هندسية ميدانية مثبتة في بيئات المشاريع القائمة على الموقع.
- فهم قوي للهندسة والبناء والعمليات الميدانية ضمن المشاريع الصناعية أو التعدينية.

- Expert in Layout and Material.
- Stress Analysis knowledge
- Beginning to focus in an area of specialization.

- Providing discipline expertise to the business
- Uses technical knowledge to perform engineering assignments and produce a range of engineering deliverables (including more complex tasks)
- Evaluates, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks
- Fully qualified to execute most standard and straight forward engineering activities, working unsupervised on most aspects of work
- Performs all conventional aspects of design engineering and analysis, acting as document originator
- Creates and reviews designs, drawings, specifications, and other engineering deliverables involving both existing and new technology and applications
- Problems presented involve new concepts and new and varied issues that demand technical expertise, increased innovations, or considerable modifications of precedents
- Establishes detailed designs and performance specifications to fulfill the requirements of assigned general specifications for components, systems, processes

- Responsible for meeting discipline cost and schedule requirements in production of deliverables, coordinates own work schedule, and prepares progress reports
- Recommends changes in plans and estimated cost when necessary
- Develops a range of engineering deliverables, including specifications, calculations, reports, technical requisitions, and others
- Interprets specifications and investigates difficulties
- Reviews vendor documents
- Active participation in design reviews
- Conducts problem solving in the area of expertise: problems involve new concepts and new and varied problems to be solved that demand technical expertise, investigation, and interpretation

- Develops solutions to non - recurring problems by appraising, interpreting, and evaluating various precedents and data
- Exercises professional judgement in selecting and interpreting information and modifying standard methods and procedures

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15+ Yrs. experience
- Preferably experienced within the mining industry.
- Proven field engineering experience in site-based/project environments.
- Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and field operations within industrial or mining projects
