طيران الرياض، الناقل الوطني الجديد ومقره العاصمة السعودية الرياض، يبحث عن مهندس طيران B2 (Avionics Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق الهندسة والصيانة، والعمل على أسطول بوينغ 787 في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن محترف ميداني ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق الهندسة والصيانة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إجراء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والتفتيش على أسطول بوينغ 787، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية والمعايير الصناعية. تشمل المهام النموذجية تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة للطائرات والمحركات والمكونات، وفقاً للوثائق المعتمدة من الشركة المصنعة ومع مراعاة إجراءات السلامة المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء صيانة وإصلاح وتفتيش أسطول بوينغ 787 بما يتوافق مع اللوائح والمعايير الصناعية.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة للطائرات والمحركات والمكونات وفقاً لوثائق الشركة المصنعة المعتمدة.
- مراقبة فرق الصيانة الخطية والإشراف عليها لتحسين وقت توقف الطائرة في بيئة زمنية حرجة.
- الفحص والاعتماد لمهام الصيانة المجدولة، وإصلاح العيوب، والتعديلات، والاختبارات الوظيفية على أنظمة هيكل الطائرة والمحرك والأنظمة الكهربائية.
- استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها للحفاظ على أنظمة الطيران (Avionics Systems) في أفضل حالة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل دبلوم/شهادة كحد أدنى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الصيانة الخطية (Line Maintenance)، تتضمن آخر سنتين منها اعتماداً على بوينغ 787.
- تصنيف نوعي (Type Rating) المستوى 3 لبوينغ 787.
- رخصة صيانة طائرات سارية المفعول GACA / EASA أو أي CAA أخرى من الفئة B2 AV (Aircraft Maintenance License).
- المستندات الإلزامية المطلوب رفعها مع الطلب: - رخصة صيانة طائرات سارية المفعول GACA / EASA أو CAA من الفئة B2 AV. - شهادة التدريب النوعي لبوينغ 787 المستوى III (عملي ونظري). - سجل خبرة أعمال الصيانة لآخر 5 سنوات (دفتر السجل) مختوم وموقع من جهة ضمان الجودة في MRO/Operator. - خطاب حديث من صاحب العمل الحالي (والسابقين إن أمكن) يوضح نطاق العمل ومدة العمل، مختوم وموقع من إدارة ضمان الجودة في منظمة الصيانة والإصلاح (MRO). - نسخة من تفويض الاعتماد الحالي والسابق من المشغل / MRO.
- الحصول على تصريح أمني مناسب من الشرطة (Police Security Clearance) للدور المطلوب.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة طبيعية على القيادة في بيئة زمنية حرجة.
- خبرة عملية متقدمة في أنظمة الطائرات.
- مهارات استكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها للحفاظ على أنظمة الطيران.

About The Role
Are you wired for success and passionate about advanced aircraft systems? Are you ready to take your career to a new altitude? We're seeking an experienced hands-on professional to join our Engineering and Maintenance team.
Your responsibility will be to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections of our Boeing 787 fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally, typical duties include carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft, engine, component maintenance and repairs compliant to the approved manufacturers documentation whilst observing all company safety procedures.
With a natural ability to lead in a time-critical environment, you will supervise teams undertaking Line Maintenance to optimise aircraft downtime. Key to this role is the inspection and certification of scheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, and functional tests on Airframe, Engine and Electrical systems.
Your days will be spent troubleshooting to keep our aircraft’s brains (avionics systems) in tip-top shape.
About You
A minimum Diploma/Certificate qualification and you will possess at least 8 years in Line Maintenance. Importantly, your maintenance experience includes the last 2 years certifying Boeing 787.
Boeing 787 Type Rating Level 3. You are also required to possess a valid GACA / EASA or other CAA B2 AV Aircraft Maintenance License.
