تسعى مدارس SEK الدولية إلى تعيين موظف دعم لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة (للعمل مع الأطفال من عمر 3 أشهر إلى 3 سنوات) في مدينة تبوك (الوجه)، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن عضو دعم لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة للعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع معلمة الحضانة في دعم الرعاية اليومية والسلامة والرفاهية للأطفال الصغار. هذا الدور عملي ويلعب دوراً حيوياً في ضمان بيئة نظيفة وصحية ورعاية إيجابية في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة. الوظيفة مناسبة للأفراد الذين يستمتعون حقاً برعاية الرضع والأطفال الصغار ومرتاحون للجوانب البدنية والعملية للدور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم معلمة الحضانة في إدارة الفصل الدراسي يومياً.
  • القيام بمهام الرعاية الشخصية بما في ذلك إطعام الأطفال، وتغيير الحفاضات، وتغيير الملابس، والتنظيف، ودعم أوقات القيلولة.
  • ضمان أن يكون الأطفال آمنين، ونظيفين، مرتاحين، ويتم الاعتناء بهم جيداً طوال اليوم.
  • المساعدة في الأنشطة التعليمية واللعب التي يقودها المعلم.
  • دعم المجموعات الصغيرة أو الأطفال بشكل فردي حسب توجيهات المعلم.
  • المساعدة في الحفاظ على بيئة صفية هادئة ومحفزة ومرحبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • يجب أن يكون لديك الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية بالفعل، أو أن تكون زوج/زوجة أحد موظفي SEK.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل مع الرضع و/أو الأطفال الصغار (3 أشهر – 3 سنوات).
  • يفضل خبرة في حضانة أو مدرسة أو بيئة طفولة مبكرة.
  • شهادة إسعافات أولية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • صحة بدنية جيدة والقدرة على تلبية المتطلبات البدنية للدور.

  • شخصية حنونة وصبورة ودافئة.
  • موقف مبتهج وإيجابي.
  • المرونة والرغبة في الدعم عند الحاجة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الكادر التعليمي.

Age Group: Nursery (3 months – 3 years) 

We are seeking an Early Years Support Staff member to work alongside the Nursery Teacher in supporting the daily care, safety, and wellbeing of young children. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in ensuring a clean, healthy, nurturing, and positive early years environment. 

The position is suitable for individuals who genuinely enjoy caring for babies and young children and who are comfortable with the physical and practical aspects of the role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Nursery Teacher in the day-to-day running of the classroom. 
  • Carry out personal care duties, including feeding, nappy changing, changing clothes, cleaning, and supporting nap times. 
  • Ensure children are safe, hygienic, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the day. 
  • Assist with teacher-led educational and play-based activities. 
  • Support small groups or individual children as directed by the teacher. 
  • Help maintain a calm, stimulating, and welcoming classroom environment. 

Role Context: 

The Nursery Teacher is responsible for planning and overall classroom direction. The Early Years Support Staff member works closely with the teacher to implement activities and provide the level of care required for very young children. While lesson planning is not part of this role, support staff are encouraged to share observations and contribute constructively as part of the team. 

Requirements: 

  • Must already have the legal right to work in Saudi Arabia, or be the spouse/husband of an SEK employee. 
  • Previous experience working with babies and/or young children (3 months–3 years). 
  • Experience in a nursery, school, or early years setting preferred. 
  • First aid certification is an advantage. 
  • Good physical health and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
