شركة Müller's Solutions تبحث عن مهندس تعاون سيسكو (Cisco Collaboration Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتوصيف وتنفيذ حلول التعاون من سيسكو، بما في ذلك Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) وCisco Unity Connection وCisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) وCisco Webex ومنتجات التعاون الأخرى.
  • جمع وتحليل المتطلبات من العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة وتطوير تصاميم حلول تلبي احتياجات أعمالهم.
  • التعاون مع مهندسي الشبكات والفرق التقنية الأخرى لضمان التكامل السلس والتوافق بين حلول التعاون من سيسكو مع البنية التحتية للشبكة.
  • تنفيذ ترقيات الأنظمة ونشر منتجات التعاون من سيسكو مع ضمان الحد الأدنى من التوقف والتعطيل لعمليات العملاء.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني المستمر واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لحلول التعاون من سيسكو، ومعالجة المشكلات وحلها في الوقت المناسب.
  • اتباع أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الصناعية للأمان والأداء والموثوقية في تصميم وتنفيذ حلول التعاون من سيسكو.
  • البقاء على اطلاع دائم بأحدث تقنيات وشهادات سيسكو في مجال التعاون لتعزيز الخبرة وتقديم حلول مبتكرة للعملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة كمهندس تعاون سيسكو مع خبرة في تصميم وتنفيذ ودعم حلول التعاون من سيسكو.
  • معرفة قوية بمنتجات التعاون من سيسكو بما في ذلك Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) وCisco Unity Connection وCisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) وCisco Webex وغيرها من أدوات التعاون.
  • خبرة في البنية التحتية للشبكات والبروتوكولات بما في ذلك TCP/IP وSIP وQoS وVLANs.

As a Cisco Collaboration Engineer at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure and deploy Cisco collaboration products, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Cisco collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Webex, and other collaboration products
  • Gather and analyze requirements from clients and stakeholders and develop solution designs that meet their business needs
  • Collaborate with network engineers and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Cisco collaboration solutions with network infrastructure
  • Perform system upgrades and deployments of Cisco collaboration products, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to client operations
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco collaboration solutions, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Follow best practices and industry standards for security, performance, and reliability in the design and implementation of Cisco collaboration solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest Cisco collaboration technologies and certifications to enhance expertise and provide innovative solutions to clients

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Cisco Collaboration Engineer, with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco collaboration products, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Webex, and other collaboration tools
  • Experience with network infrastructure and protocols, including TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, and VLANs
  • Excellent understanding of VoIP technologies, codecs, and codecs negotiation
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network and collaboration issues
  • Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration are strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
