Overview:

The Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and operational support for applications to ensure availability, reliability, and proper functionality. The role focuses on application incident resolution, troubleshooting, user support, monitoring, and coordination with development and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for business applications and related services.
• Monitor application availability, performance, and operational status.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot application errors, integration issues, and user-reported problems.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams when required.
• Support application releases, updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Maintain application documentation, incident records, and knowledge articles.
• Escalate complex or unresolved application issues while ensuring proper follow-up.

Talent Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in application support, application operations, or related IT services.
