المسؤول عن قيادة الفريق في جميع الأنشطة لضمان الفوز بالعقود وتنفيذ المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وبأعلى جودة وضمن الميزانية، مع تعظيم رضا العملاء. سيعمل مع مديري المشاريع والفرق التجارية شهريًا لإنتاج تسويات القيمة/التكلفة (Cost/Value reconciliations). يضمن الوفاء بالتزامات العقد، وكفاءة تقديم الخدمات، وتحديد وإدارة جميع المخاطر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة العقود والتفاوض وتخطيط تنفيذ المشاريع
- فهم الأداء المطلوب مقابل الأهداف، وتحديد وإدارة المخاطر والفرص المحتملة
- تحديد أهداف المشروع وخططه، بما في ذلك تحديد النطاق، إعداد الميزانية، الجدولة، وضع متطلبات الأداء، واختيار المقاولين من الباطن

- مراقبة الأساليب والمخرجات لضمان تحقيق معايير الجودة المطلوبة بأقل تكلفة
- تطوير ورعاية وإدارة علاقات العملاء
- تطوير ورعاية وإدارة علاقات سلسلة التوريد
- الإشراف على مواقع البناء وإدارة البائعين والحرفيين
- مراقبة التنظيم والأساليب لضمان أقصى كفاءة
- تعظيم كفاءة الموارد (العمالة، المواد، المعدات)
- قيادة وتحفيز فريق التسليم وضمان توازنه وشكله ليتناسب مع حجم العمل

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في نفس المجال
- سجل حافل في تسليم مشاريع متعددة تتجاوز توقعات العملاء
- خبرة في التحكم بالتكاليف والتوقيت والجودة بما يتوافق مع الأهداف
- القدرة على حل المشكلات الفنية والتشغيلية والتعاقدية في الموقع
- معرفة جيدة بسوق التجهيز الداخلي (Fit-Out)
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سوق متعددة الجنسيات

Role Summary

The person will be responsible for working with the Project Managers and commercial teams monthly to produce Cost/ Value reconciliations. Ensure that contract obligations are met, services are delivered efficiently, and that all risks are identified and managed.
Role Description
- Contract review, negotiations, and project execution planning
- Fully understand the required performance against targets, identify and manage potential risks and opportunities
- Specifying project objectives and plans, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting project subcontractors
- Compile procurement schedules and liaise with Project Managers and commercial teams on site supply and specialist requirements, specifying deadlines
- Develop and implement project strategy and program. Interrogate reporting on progress and instigate early corrective actions as required
- Representing the company where required at site meetings
- Ensure accurate records are kept as construction progresses throughout the projects
- Monitor site practices and routines to ensure compliance with relevant company procedures and practices
- Lead the project handover and ensure defect / snag free completion
- Implement a robust strategy for the closure of any defects and obtain certification
- Developing project management and installation capabilities in different regions of the Kingdom
- Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management
- Monitor methods and output to ensure the required quality standards are achieved at minimum cost
- Develop, nurture and manage client relationships
- Develop, nurture and manage supply chain relationships
- Responsible for the overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades
- Monitor organization and methods to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maximizing resource efficiency (labour, materials, and equipment)
- Lead and motivate the delivery team and ensure its balance and shape to deliver workload profile
- Recruit, reward, retain and develop the best people
- Maintain continuous professional development of yourself and your team to ensure appropriate technical awareness. Develop and maximise potential of team members
- Share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the same field
- A track record of successful delivery of multiple projects exceeding client expectations
- Experience of controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets
- Be able to resolve technical, operational and contractual issues on site
- Good knowledge of the Fit-Out market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational market environment
- Proven experience managing teams, supply chain, direct employees and consultants
