يعمل عامل نظافة المطبخ (Steward) في مجموعة Apparel Group في السعودية على الحفاظ على نظافة المطبخ والمناطق المحيطة باتباع جداول التنظيف والالتزام بأنظمة الصحة والنظافة وسياسات الشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ المهام الموكلة والرجوع إلى جداول التنظيف لأداء الأعمال اللازمة.
  • جمع مواد وأدوات التنظيف المناسبة من المشرف.
  • فحص المعدات يومياً للتأكد من حالتها الجيدة، والإبلاغ فوراً عن أي أعطال أو خلل للمشرف أو أحد المسؤولين.
  • المساعدة في تجهيز وفك تجهيز مناطق الخدمة لجميع المناسبات الخاصة.
  • تنظيف المواقد والأفران والشوايات والثلاجات باستخدام محاليل التنظيف والفرش وقطع القماش.
  • غسل الأواني كالقدور والمقالي والصواني يدوياً باستخدام المنظفات؛ وغسل الأطباق والكؤوس وأدوات المائدة يدوياً أو بالآلة، مع تلميعها أحياناً وتجفيفها وتكديسها بعد الغسل.
  • نقل الإمدادات الغذائية (كلحوم وخضروات وفواكه وأطعمة معلبة) من المخازن أو المجمدات إلى المطبخ باستخدام عربة أو سلة، وإرجاع الفائض إلى المخازن أو المجمدات.
  • المساعدة أحياناً في تحضير الطعام كمزج الحساء وغسل وتقشير الخضار والمحار.
  • المساعدة في تجهيز وفك تجهيز مناطق الخدمة لجميع المناسبات الخاصة.
  • الحفاظ على معايير النظافة التشغيلية المطلوبة وفق جداول التنظيف في جميع الأوقات.
  • الإلمام بسياسات وإجراءات المطعم المتعلقة بالصحة والنظافة والسلامة من الحرائق، وضمان التزام الزملاء بها.
  • التعرف على مخارج الطوارئ وإجراءات الإخلاء.
  • الامتثال لمدونة قواعد السلوك الخاصة بالشركة.
  • التعرف على قيم الشركة والتصرّف وفق السلوكيات النموذجية المطلوبة.
  • أداء المهام حسب توجيهات الإدارة سعياً لتحقيق الأهداف التجارية.

POSITION OBJECTIVE The Kitchen Steward is required to maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner by following the cleaning schedules and adhering to the Health & Hygiene Regulations and Company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out duties as assigned, also refer to cleaning schedules and perform the necessary duties.
  • Collect the appropriate cleaning materials and equipment from the Supervisor.
  • Check equipment daily to ensure they are in good working condition and promptly report any defects/malfunctions to the Supervisor or a senior person.
  • Assist in the set up and break down of service areas for all special functions
  • Cleans stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and using cleaning solutions, brushes and wash cloths.
  • Washes utensils, such as pots, pans, and trays by hand using cleaning detergents. Washes dishware, glasses, and cutlery by hand or machine. Occasionally polishes utensils. Drains dries and stacks items after washing.
  • Transports food supplies, such as meats, vegetables, fruits, and canned foods from storeroom or freezer, using trolley/basket to kitchen. Returns surplus food to storeroom or freezer.
  • May assist with food preparation, such as blending soups, washing and peeling vegetables and shellfish.
  • Assist in the set up and break down of service areas for all special functions Health, Safety and Security
  • Maintain the required standard of operational hygiene according to cleaning rotas at all times.
  • Be aware of the Restaurant policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety and ensure your direct reports do the same.
  • Familiarize with emergency exits and evacuation procedures. General
  • Comply with the company's corporate code of conduct.
  • Familiarize yourself with te company values and model desired behaviors.
  • Perform tasks as directed by the Management in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.
