تسعى شركة AbbVie، الرائدة في مجال الأدوية والابتكار الطبي، إلى تعيين مدير سلسلة التوريد (Supply Chain Manager) للعمل في منطقة مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير سلسلة التوريد مسؤولية قيادة تخطيط الطلب، وتخطيط الإمداد، وإدارة المخزون، والتنسيق بين الأقسام المختلفة لضمان استمرارية الخدمة وتحقيق التوافق بين الإمداد والطلب والالتزامات المالية. يدعم هذا الدور عملية التخطيط الشامل، ويعزز دقة التوقعات، ويدير مستويات المخزون، ويتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان تنفيذ خطط الأعمال وإطلاق المنتجات في الوقت المناسب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وصيانة عملية قوية لتخطيط الطلب لضمان بيان طلب كامل ودقيق على مدى 28 شهراً.
- إدارة أنشطة تخطيط الطلب، وتخطيط الإمداد، والمخزون، والخدمات اللوجستية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات سلسلة التوريد لتحسين الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف.
- مراقبة أداء الموردين، والمهل الزمنية، ومستويات الخدمة.
- التعاون مع فرق المشتريات، والتصنيع، والجودة، والمالية، والتجارية.
- مقارنة توقعات الطلب بالالتزامات المالية وضمان التوافق مع الخطط المعتمدة.
- التنسيق مع إدارة الشؤون التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لإدارة تغييرات SKU وفقاً للمتطلبات المطبقة ومنها لائحة الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء (SFDA).
- تحليل البيانات لتحديد المخاطر والاختناقات وفرص التحسين.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح الصناعية ومعايير الجودة.
- دعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة والتوقعات وتخطيط التوزيع.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر عبر سلسلة التوريد.
- دعم معالجة الطلبات، بما في ذلك الإبلاغ عن الطلبات الجديدة، وحل مشكلات الشحن، وتجميع المنتجات، وتعديل الطلبات الناتجة عن مراجعة الإمداد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الصيدلة، أو العمليات، أو سلسلة التوريد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير أو التعليم العالي ولكنها غير مطلوبة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة مماثلة (يفضل).
- الإلمام بأنظمة ERP وأدوات تخطيط سلسلة التوريد.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات وإدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومتعددة الأقسام.
- يفضل حصول المرشح على درجة الماجستير أو شهادة CSCP / CISCM.
- معرفة مبادئ اللين (Lean) ومنهجيات تحسين العمليات.

Role Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure service continuity and alignment between supply, demand, and financial commitments. This role supports the end-to-end planning process, drives forecast accuracy, manages inventory levels, and partners with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business plans and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a robust demand planning process to ensure a complete and accurate demand statement across a 28-month planning horizon.
- Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels.
- Collaborating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Compare demand forecasts against financial commitments and ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Coordinate with Regulatory department and other key stakeholders to manage SKU changes in line with applicable requirements, including SFDA regulations.
- Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Support new product launches, forecasting, and distribution planning.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Support order processing, including new order communication, troubleshooting shipment requests, product grouping, and order amendments resulting from supply review.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field. MBA or higher education desired but not required.
- +5 years’ work experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or CSCP/CISCM certification.
- Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
