The Role

As a Mixologist, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Beverage service areas in the hotel. Red Sea Global Hospitality recognizes that being a mixologist is an artistic and creative role. We encourage our bar professionals to develop original and exciting beverage offerings for the enjoyment of our guests, using the best of local ingredients and traditions.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As a Mixologist, you will need to:

• Uphold Red Sea Global Hospitality standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation when serving guests, demonstrating grace and professionalism.
• Exhibit the best of our national hospitality and professionalism with guests.
• Take pride in maintaining high standards of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness in both personal conduct and assigned areas.
• Understand and follow Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, and continuously seek opportunities to suggest enhancements to these procedures.
• Skillfully arrange the bar during opening, ensuring ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes are properly set up.
• Manage drink orders in the correct sequence, verify the accurate quantity of drinks, and handle billing promptly and effectively.
• Prepare all mocktails following the beverage guidelines outlined in the standard manual, using full standard measures.
• Manage security in the work area, and at no time to leave the bar area unless properly relieved by a colleague.
• Assist with cleanup - mopping floors, removal of cans and bottles, general cleaning of rails and counters, removal of melting ice in bins.
• Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
