تعلن فنادق ريكسوس (Rixos Hotels) عن توفر وظيفة مدير ائتمان (Credit Manager) في مكة المكرمة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الالتزام بالمواعيد والتأكد من التزام الموظفين بذلك.
- الحفاظ على مظهر مهني لائق وفقاً للمعايير المحددة، والإصرار على نفس المستوى للموظفين.
- الامتثال لجميع قواعد وأنظمة الفندق كما هو موضح في الدليل، والإلمام بإجراءات التأديب والتظلم.
- تعزيز صورة مفيدة ومهنية تجاه العميل، والتعاون الكامل مع أي عميل يحتاج إلى مساعدة بأسلوب سريع ومهتم ومفيد.
- توقع احتياجات العميل كلما أمكن لتعزيز جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء.
- التعاون الكامل مع أي زميل يحتاج إلى مساعدة بأسلوب سريع ومهتم ومفيد، والمرونة في المساعدة في الأقسام الأخرى استجابة لاحتياجات العمل والضيوف.
- الإلمام بجميع الوثائق ذات الصلة بالشركة، وخاصة دليل الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية الخاص بمجال المسؤولية.
- تنفيذ أي مهام معقولة أخرى قد لا تكون مذكورة هنا حسب الطلب.
- المشاركة في فرق العمل للمشاريع الجديدة عند الافتتاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة في المالية أو درجة في الضيافة المهنية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال ذات صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- استباقية وحسن التصرف عند التعامل مع المواقف الصعبة.
- التصرف بمهنية ونزاهة.
- الشفافية في الدوافع والأساليب والنتائج المتوقعة.
- تحمل مسؤولية الأخطاء ومشاركة المعرفة لمنع تكرار نفس الخطأ داخل القسم.
- ممارسة الأعمال بأمانة وعدالة.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة.
- الالتزام بالوعود.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- إظهار موقف إيجابي وسهل الوصول.
- قضاء وقت للتعرف على زملاء العمل والضيوف.

Job DescriptionQualifications
- To be punctual on duty and ensure the same of your employees.
- Be well groomed to the standards laid down. Insist on the same standard for your employees.
- To comply with all hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the handbook and to be aware of company disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer and give full cooperation to any customer requiring assistance with the prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
- To anticipate the needs of the customer whenever possible, to enhance quality service and in turn enhance customer satisfaction.
- To give full co-operation to any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt caring and helpful manner. To be flexible in assisting in other areas of the Hotel in response to the business and customer needs
- Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
