Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for Finance Manager who is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and financial controls. The role supports residential and commercial real estate projects by monitoring project costs, revenues, profitability, and overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor project budgets, development costs, operating expenses, revenues, and profitability.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and funding requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for real estate developments and investments.
- Develop financial models for residential and commercial projects.
- Monitor sales collections, rental income, receivables, payables, and escrow accounts.
- Oversee project accounting and ensure accurate allocation of development and construction costs.
- Track budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation requirements, ZATCA regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and approval procedures.
- Review contracts and evaluate their financial and commercial implications.
- Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Supervise and develop the accounting and finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of finance and accounting experience, including relevant experience in real estate development, residential projects, construction, or property management.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of real estate project accounting, development costs, revenue recognition, and feasibility analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modelling tools.
