Role Description The Quality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for supporting and enhancing quality standards across clinical and administrative operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and reviewing processes, performing quality control checks, and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, analyzing data and performance indicators, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for management. The Quality Specialist collaborates closely with medical and non-medical staff to implement quality assurance initiatives, promote best practices, and support training and awareness related to quality and patient safety.
