المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تركيب المعدات الميكانيكية والكهروميكانيكية لمشاريع مناولة المواد وفقاً للجدول الزمني.
- تقديم تعليمات واضحة لفريق التركيب في الموقع وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة وعمليات Vanderlande.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة بين فريق التركيب طوال تنفيذ المشروع.
- إجراء مسح لمناطق التركيب والتحقق من الجاهزية والمرافق المطلوبة، ودعم تسليم الموقع.
- الحفاظ على وجود قوي في الموقع من خلال جولات ميدانية منتظمة وجدول تدقيق شامل مع التركيز على السلامة ومراقبة الجودة وفقاً لمعايير Vanderlande.
- المساهمة في إنشاء الجدول الزمني لتركيب المشروع والالتزام به لتحقيق المواعيد النهائية.
- مراقبة تقدم الفريق وتحديد فرص التحسين ودعم جهود التحسين المستمر.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم إلى مدير الموقع وضمان التنسيق الفعال مع المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تحمل مسؤولية تدريب الفنيين الجدد لتعزيز مهاراتهم وتعزيز التحسين المستمر للفريق وتعزيز القيمة الأساسية "أفضل كل يوم" من خلال الدروس المستفادة.
- تنظيم وتسهيل جميع أنشطة الدعم لضمان عملية تشغيل واختبار سلسة حتى تسليم المشروع للعميل.
- القيام بتركيب الميكانيكي والتفتيش الثابت الميكانيكي.
- إعداد ملاحظات ورسومات "كما تم البناء" وقائمة العيوب.
- المشاركة في أنشطة مثل تشغيل الناقل، تشغيل سلامة نطاق التحكم، إنشاء قطع غيار التركيب، إنشاء خطة إدارة الموقع، توثيق الهندسة كما تم البناء، ما قبل التشغيل وغيرها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاريع مناولة المواد أو قيادة فرق التركيب في الموقع لأنظمة مناولة المواد.
- معرفة متعمقة بأنظمة الناقل ومكوناتها والمعدات الميكانيكية الشائعة في مناولة المواد.
- القدرة على فهم الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والتخطيطات وتفسير جداول المشاريع والتخطيط بفعالية.
- خبرة في حل المشكلات التقنية أثناء التركيب بكفاءة.
- خبرة في الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة أثناء التركيب وضمان كفاءة وموثوقية الأنظمة.
- القدرة على إجراء مسح دقيق لمناطق التركيب وتقييم الجاهزية وضمان المحاذاة الصحيحة للأنظمة بناءً على بيانات المسح.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام AutoCAD و Navis تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- قد يتطلب السفر إلى مواقع المشاريع حسب الحاجة.

- Supervision Organize and supervise the installation of mechanical and electromechanical equipment for Vanderlande material handling projects in line with the project schedule.
- Guidance Provide clear instructions to the onsite installation team, ensuring that all installation work complies with quality standards and strictly adheres to Vanderlande processes.
- Safety Focus Foster a culture of safety among installations team throughout the project execution.
- Surveying Conduct surveys for installation areas, check readiness & facilities required for installation. Support for the site handover.
- Quality Control Maintain a strong onsite presence through regular site walks and a thorough auditing schedule, with a focus on safety and quality control in alignment with Vanderlande standards.
- Monitoring & Reporting Contribute to creating the project installation schedule and adhere to it to meet project timelines.
Regularly report on work progress to the Site Manager, ensuring effective coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement Assume responsibility for training new technicians to enhance their skills, fostering ongoing team improvement, and promoting the core value of "Everyday Better" through lessons learned.
- Support Organize and facilitate all support activities to ensure a smooth commissioning and testing process until handover to the customer.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in executing material handling projects/ leading Site installation teams for MHS.
- In-depth knowledge of conveyor systems, their components, and mechanical equipment commonly used in material handling.
- Ability to comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, layouts, and effectively interpret project and planning schedules.
- Experienced in proficiently troubleshooting and problem-solving to address any technical challenges during installation.
- Experience in maintaining quality control during installation, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- The ability to conduct precise surveys of installation areas, assess readiness, and ensure accurate alignment and installation of conveyor systems based on survey data.
- Hand on experience with AutoCAD, Navis and would be advantageous.
