شركة Vanderlande، الرائدة في تقديم حلول مبتكرة وعالية الأداء للوجستيات المطارات، تبحث عن مهندس موقع - هياكل حديدية (Site Engineer - Steel Structure) للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير الموقع في أعمال التركيب الميكانيكي والتشغيل والصيانة للمعدات عبر مشاريع مختلفة في المنطقة.
- توجيه وتعليم المقاولين من الباطن حول أفضل ممارسات التركيب.
- التنسيق مع إدارتي الإنشاءات والمشتريات لتحديد الأدوات والمواد الاستهلاكية المطلوبة لتنفيذ الموقع.
- دعم والإشراف على تركيب الأعمال الحديدية للمشاريع.
- إعداد حزم العمل لفرق التركيب في الموقع.
- دعم قسم العروض بالمعلومات المدخلة للمشاريع القادمة ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة.
- مراقبة وتقديم تقارير عن تقدم العمل في الموقع.
- دعم فريق الجودة في عمليات التفتيش، وإغلاق نقاط الخلل، والتسليم النهائي للعميل.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة للفشل وتنفيذ إجراءات وقائية مع فريقَي الهندسة والرسم لتجنب العيوب في مخرجات الهندسة.
- المسؤول عن تنفيذ ومراقبة جميع الأعمال الميكانيكية في الموقع وفقًا للرسومات والطرق المعتمدة.
- الالتزام بممارسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية والأمن والبيئة والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الهياكل الحديدية في مجال الأتمتة الصناعية، وتحديدًا في أنظمة مناولة الأمتعة أو مناولة المواد.
- الاستعداد للعمل على مشاريع في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة قوية بأدوات التحليل الهندسي وممارسات التصميم والتركيب الميكانيكي.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة، والقدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين، والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة الثقافات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية. يُعتبر إتقان اللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى ميزة إضافية.

What are my responsibilities?
- Support the Site Manager regarding mechanical installation, commissioning and maintenance of equipment across various projects in the region.
- Guide and educate sub-contractors with installation best practices.
- Coordinate with the construction and procurement departments to identify the tools and consumables required for the site execution.
- Support and supervise the Installation of steel works for projects.
- Prepare work packages for the site installation teams.
- Support the proposals department with input for upcoming projects and share previously learned lessons.
- Monitor and report on the site progress.
- Support the quality team with inspections, closing out snag points and eventual handover to the client.
- Identify potential risks for failures and implement preventive actions with the Engineering and Drafting teams to prevent defects in the Engineering deliverables.
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring all mechanical-related works at the site as per approved drawings and methods.
- Accountable to follow occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in steel structure practices in the Industrial automation domain, specifically in Baggage Handling or Material Handling Systems.
- Willing to work on projects across KSA.
- Strong knowledge of engineering analysis tools and mechanical design and installation practices.
- Effective interpersonal skills, ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, and ability to work in multiple cultural teams.
- Fluent in English. Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
