شركة Vanderlande، الرائدة في حلول المطارات اللوجستية المبتكرة، تبحث عن مهندس موقع كهربائي للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق تنفيذ المشاريع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير الموقع في التركيبات الكهربائية والتشغيل والصيانة للمعدات عبر مشاريع متعددة في المنطقة.
- توجيه وتعليم المقاولين الفرعيين حول أفضل ممارسات التركيب.
- دعم قسم العروض بإدخال معلومات للمشاريع القادمة ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة السابقة.
- التنسيق مع إدارتي الإنشاءات والمشتريات لتحديد الأدوات والمواد الاستهلاكية اللازمة لتنفيذ الموقع.
- تحليل المواصفات ورسومات التصميم والمواد الأخرى المطلوبة للتركيب الكهربائي وفقاً لمستندات المواد المعتمدة.
- البحث وتصميم وتطوير واختبار أنظمة التحكم الصناعية الكهربائية؛ إعداد وثائق التصميم الكهربائي للأجزاء والتجميعات والمنتجات.
- أن تكون قائداً فنياً للمشروع من خلال تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن المخرجات.
- إدارة وضمان اتباع إجراءات الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع المطبقة على التصميم، مما يمكن من تحقيق جميع جوانب المشروع لتلبية احتياجات التصميم ورضا العملاء.
- تطوير المعرفة ببرامج CAD الهندسية لإكمال الرسومات.
- إعداد حزم العمل لفرق التركيب في الموقع.
- مراقبة وتقديم تقارير عن تقدم الموقع.
- دعم فريق الجودة في عمليات التفتيش وإغلاق نقاط العيوب والتسليم النهائي للعميل.
- المسؤولية عن اتباع الصحة والسلامة المهنية والأمن والبيئة والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في ممارسات التصميم والتركيب الكهربائي في مجال الأتمتة الصناعية، وتحديداً في أنظمة مناولة الأمتعة أو مناولة المواد.
- خبرة عملية في AutoCAD وREVIT وePlan.
- معرفة عملية بـ PLC تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم وتقييم المخططات الكهربائية لتحديد الأخطاء أو التحسينات المحتملة.
- معرفة قوية بممارسات التصميم والتركيب الكهربائي.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة، والقدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين، ويفضل العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.
- الاستعداد للعمل في مشاريع خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية أو لغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

What are my responsibilities?
- Support the site manager regarding electrical installation, commissioning and maintenance of equipment across various projects in the region.
- Guide and educate sub-contractors with installation best practices.
- Support the proposals department with input for upcoming projects and share previously learned lessons.
- Coordinate with the construction and Procurement departments to identify the tools and consumables required for the site execution.
- Analyze the specification and design drawings and other materials needed for the electrical installation as per the approved material submittals.
- Research, design, develop, and test electrical industrial control systems; create electrical design documents for parts, assemblies, and products.
- Be a technical project leader by taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Manage and ensure that all project quality procedures applicable to design are being followed, this enables all aspects of the project to be achieved towards meeting design needs and ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Develop knowledge of engineering-based CAD software to complete drawings.
- Preparation of work packages for the site installation teams.
- Monitoring and reporting of site progress.
- Supporting the quality team with inspections, closing out snag points and eventual handover to the client.
- Responsible for following occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical design & installation practices in the Industrial automation domain, specifically in Baggage Handling or Material Handling Systems.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, and ePlan.
- Hands-on PLC knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to read, understand, and evaluate electrical schematics to identify errors or potential improvements.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design and installation practices.
- Effective interpersonal skills, ability to engage internal & external stakeholders, and good to have worked in multiple cultural areas.
- Be willing to work on projects outside of KSA.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, or other languages would be an advantage.
