Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role based in Riyadh. The Industrial Engineer will analyze and optimize production and construction processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across projects. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, conducting time and motion studies, and recommending process improvements and cost-saving measures. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and project management, to implement standardized procedures and best practices. The Industrial Engineer will also support data-driven decision making, prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with KILONEWTONS’ sustainability and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with experience applying engineering principles in production or construction environments.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Process Improvement capabilities, including data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with engineering and process analysis tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software, Excel/BI tools) and familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
- Experience in large-scale engineering, construction, or energy-related projects is highly beneficial.
