Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Tendering Specialist (Pharmacist) to support and manage pharmaceutical tenders across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong experience in government tenders, particularly with NUPCO, along with solid knowledge of regulatory documentation, pricing submissions, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.

This role will play a critical part in securing and managing institutional business while ensuring smooth execution from award to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review upcoming tender opportunities through NUPCO and other governmental platforms
• Prepare and submit complete tender documentation in compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements
• Coordinate pricing submissions, technical files, and required certifications
• Track tender results and communicate award status internally
• Maintain strong working relationships with NUPCO and relevant governmental stakeholders
• Act as a focal point for clarifications, inquiries, and documentation follow-ups
• Ensure full compliance with SFDA and tender regulations
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams on awarded tenders
• Monitor shipment timelines and ensure timely delivery to government entities
• Track logistics status and resolve any delivery or documentation issues
• Ensure proper invoicing and documentation alignment post-award
• Maintain tender tracking reports and dashboards
• Monitor contract utilization and consumption
• Support pricing strategies for institutional accounts
• Flag risks related to delays, shortages, or compliance issues

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Mandatory)
• Registered Pharmacist (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tendering within KSA
• Strong hands-on experience dealing with NUPCO tenders
• Familiarity with SFDA regulations and institutional business requirements
