المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف بحفاوة ومساعدتهم في اختيار المقاعد المناسبة.
- تقديم شرح مفصّل لقائمة الطعام وتقديم توصيات مبنية على المعرفة حول العروض اليومية والخاصة.
- تسجيل الطلبات بدقة مع تقديم نصائح حول المشروبات المناسبة.
- تقديم الخدمات المجانية، مثل المشروبات، وضمان اطلاع الضيوف على العروض الإضافية المتاحة.
- ضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بسرعة وتوصيلها إلى الطاولات في الوقت المناسب.
- الرد على استفسارات الضيوف وحل أي مشكلات تتعلق بخدمات الفندق والصالة.
- تجهيز محطات التوابل والحفاظ على مستويات التزويد بالتنسيق مع قسم المشتريات.
- التنسيق مع طاقم التدبير المنزلي لضمان بيئة صالون نظيفة ومعقمة.
- ترتيب مناطق البوفيه مع الحرص على جاذبية وسهولة الوصول إلى الأطعمة والمشروبات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- خبرة سابقة في صناعة خدمة العملاء أو خدمات الطعام.

- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط وأداء مهام متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

The day-to-day duties of an Executive Lounge Attendant include but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with seating arrangements.
- Offer detailed menu presentations and knowledgeable recommendations regarding daily specials and promotions.
- Accurately record and place guest orders, while advising on beverage pairings.
- Extend complimentary services, including drinks, and ensure guests are aware of additional offerings.
- Guarantee swift order execution and timely delivery to guest tables.
- Address and resolve inquiries and concerns about hotel and lounge services.
- Prepare and stock condiment stations, maintaining supply levels through coordination with procurement.
- Orchestrate with housekeeping staff to uphold a hygienic and sanitized lounge environment.
- Arrange buffet areas, ensuring food and drink presentation is both appealing and accessible.
- Conduct ongoing checks to secure guest satisfaction and manage further service requests.

- Exhibit exceptional etiquette and maintain a polite, friendly demeanor.
- Capable of multitasking in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Have previous experience in the customer service or food service industry.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to guest service and satisfaction.
- Have a keen eye for detail and sustaining cleanliness of the lounge and related areas.
- Be well-versed in hospitality best practices, particularly in a luxury setting.
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English and Arabic, additional languages are a plus
- An ideal candidate is someone passionately service-oriented, enjoying the pace and dynamism of a busy hotel environment.
- They will have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service, preferably in the food service sector.
