شركة Jensen Hughes المتخصصة في هندسة الحماية من الحرائق والاستشارات الأمنية تبحث عن أخصائي دعم تطوير الأعمال للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض، السعودية. يجمع الدور بين تنسيق تطوير الأعمال وإدارة المبيعات وإدارة علاقات العملاء وتتبع الفرص وتنسيق العروض وإعداد التقارير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فريق تطوير الأعمال في المملكة في إدارة الأنشطة اليومية للمبيعات وتطوير الأعمال والإدارة التجارية.
- صيانة وتحديث نظام CRM وقائمة الفرص وقاعدة بيانات العملاء بشكل دوري مع ضمان دقة المعلومات وتوقيتها.
- تنسيق عملية العروض والمناقصات وطلبات العروض والتأهيل المسبق من البداية إلى النهاية، بما في ذلك الجداول الزمنية والوثائق والمدخلات الداخلية.
- إعداد وتحديث تقارير المبيعات والتوقعات ولوحات المعلومات وتقارير العملاء ومعلومات الإدارة.
- مراقبة الفرص التجارية ومشاريع الأعمال والمناقصات (مثل Etimad و SAP Ariba و Oracle) وتطورات السوق لدعم تحديد العملاء المحتملين والفرص الجديدة، مع تسجيل الفرص الجديدة وتتبع مواعيد التقديم والاستفسارات والمواعيد النهائية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو التجارة أو الإدارة أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة، مع 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في دعم تطوير الأعمال أو إدارة المبيعات أو الإدارة التجارية أو التنسيق التجاري.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مؤسسة استشارات هندسية أو إنشاءات أو بنية تحتية أو خدمات مهنية أو خدمات فنية.
- فهم قوي لإدارة المبيعات وإدارة CRM وتتبع الفرص وتنسيق العروض وعمليات تطوير الأعمال.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel وPowerPoint، مع القدرة على إعداد تقارير ولوحات معلومات وعروض تقديمية ومعلومات إدارية احترافية.
- الإلمام بـ Etimad و SAP Ariba و Oracle وغيرها من بوابات المناقصات الحكومية والعملاء وعملياتها.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية قوية مع اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والدقة والمتابعة.
- القدرة على إدارة فرص متعددة وعروض ومواعيد نهائية وأصحاب مصلحة بفعالية في بيئة استشارية سريعة الخطى.
- مهارات اتصال قوية باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً، مع القدرة على التواصل بشكل احترافي مع العملاء والإدارة العليا والفرق الفنية الداخلية.
- مهارات الاتصال باللغة العربية ضرورية، خاصة للتفاعل مع العملاء والتنسيق في السوق السعودي.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتنسيق وإدارة العلاقات، مع نهج استباقي وموجه تجارياً لدعم نمو الأعمال وتطوير العملاء.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في السوق السعودي بما في ذلك الإلمام بالعملاء المحليين والاستشاريين والمقاولين وعمليات المناقصات والممارسات التجارية.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the KSA Business Development team in managing day-to-day sales, business development and commercial administration activities.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM, sales pipeline, opportunity tracker and client database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate the end-to-end proposal, tender, RFQ, EOI and prequalification process, including timelines, documentation and internal inputs.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, client reports and management information.
- Monitor business opportunities, project pipelines, tenders (Etimad, SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.) and market developments to support identification of potential clients and new opportunities. Log new opportunities and track submission windows, clarifications, and deadlines.
- Collect market and tender intelligence. Gather and log signals, leads, and client news.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance and operations teams to ensure timely and effective response to client and business development requirements.
- Support client account management, including meeting coordination, presentations, follow-ups and maintaining records of client interactions.
- Assist with client registrations, vendor onboarding, prequalification submissions and commercial documentation across KSA. Maintain the licenses, certificates, and registration documents in vendor portals, and flag renewals ahead of expiry.
- Maintain an organized library of company credentials, project profiles, CVs, presentations, case studies and proposal content.
- Provide general business administration and commercial support to the KSA leadership and Business Development team, ensuring efficient execution of sales processes and achievement of business growth objectives.
- Handle Arabic-language correspondence and support Arabic client contact, including calls and written follow-up, alongside the business development team.
- Initial Arabic translations of RFPs to support go no go decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development support, sales administration, commercial administration or business coordination.
- Experience within an engineering consultancy, construction, infrastructure, professional services or technical services organization is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales administration, CRM management, opportunity tracking, proposal coordination and business development processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare professional reports, dashboards, presentations and management information.
- Familiarity with Etimad, Sap Ariba, Oracle and other client and government tender portals and processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, proposals, deadlines and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, senior management and internal technical teams.
- Arabic communication skills are essential, particularly for client interaction and coordination within the Saudi market.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination and relationship-management skills, with a proactive and commercially focused approach to supporting business growth and client development.
- Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian market, including familiarity with local clients, consultants, contractors, tendering processes and business practices, would be an advantage.
- Based in Saudi Arabia.
