We are currently looking for a Director of Development & Acquisitions (Hotels) for one of our Esteemed Hospitality clients in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify hotel acquisition, master lease & management contract opportunities
• Build relationships with hotel owners, developers & key stakeholders
• Lead feasibility studies, financial modelling & deal structuring
• Negotiate and close hotel deals, leases & management contracts
• Manage the hospitality development pipeline
• Support hotel portfolio expansion across Makkah and other strategic locations

🔹 Requirements

• Strong hospitality/hotel operations background with experience in Business Development, Expansion, Acquisitions or Asset Management
• Proven experience in hotel development, acquisitions or franchise expansion
• Track record of sourcing and closing hotel/property deals
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies and financial modelling
• Established network within the Saudi/GCC hospitality sector
• Makkah hospitality market experience is preferred
• Fluent Arabic & English
• Bachelors Degree
