شركة Flowserve Corporation تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس الجودة والسلامة والصحة والبيئة (Pump QRC) في منطقة الشرقية (الخبر)، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى المهندس مسؤولية دعم وتنسيق أنشطة ضمان الجودة والتفتيش والسلامة والصحة والبيئة داخل ورشة إصلاح المضخات، مع ضمان الامتثال للرسومات والإجراءات والمواصفات والمتطلبات النظامية والعملاء والمعايير الداخلية، إلى جانب تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة والالتزام بممارسات HSE. هذه وظيفة عملية فردية تتطلب خبرة تقنية عميقة في الجودة والتفتيش والسلامة الموقعية، ويجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة مباشرة في مجال OEM/QRC للمضخات، وأن يقدم تقاريره مباشرة إلى مدير الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

مسؤوليات الجودة: - إجراء ودعم عمليات التفتيش الموثقة للتحقق من مطابقة الأجزاء والإصلاحات والتجميعات للرسومات والإجراءات والمواصفات والمتطلبات النظامية/التنظيمية. - دعم خطة فحص التفتيش (ITP) وخطة الجودة للمشروع بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل ومتطلبات Flowserve. - تحديد وتنسيق ومراقبة وثائق الجودة للمشروع المطلوبة للإصلاحات والتفتيش والإصدار النهائي. - إجراء عمليات التفتيش البعدية والبصرية والطلاء واللحام وفقاً للإجراءات ومعايير القبول المعمول بها. - مراجعة والتحقق من مؤهلات الموردين وعمال اللحام وأفراد الاختبارات غير الإتلافية (NDE) وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المطلوبة. - مراجعة والموافقة على وثائق التصنيع والاختبار الخاصة بالموردين ودعم موافقات التفتيش من العميل والجهات الخارجية عند الحاجة. - إعداد متطلبات الاختبار والتفتيش للمشاريع الموكلة، بما في ذلك ITPs ومواصفات المشتريات. - توثيق المواد غير المطابقة ودعم معالجة وحل تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR). - دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي للجودة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية وأنشطة التحسين المستمر. - ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والقوانين واللوائح والمتطلبات الخاصة بالعميل. - الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وتقارير التفتيش وسجلات الجودة ووثائق الإصدار. - دعم مبادرات التميز التشغيلي ومستويات عالية من خدمة العملاء. مسؤوليات HSE: - دعم تنفيذ إجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة الموقعية وممارسات العمل الآمنة داخل ورشة المضخات. - تعزيز الامتثال لسياسات HSE، ومتطلبات تصريح العمل، وإجراءات السيطرة على المخاطر. - المشاركة في تحديد المخاطر، وتقييمات المخاطر، ومحادثات السلامة (Toolbox Talks)، وأنشطة التوعية بالسلامة. - مراقبة مناطق العمل بحثاً عن الظروف والسلوكيات غير الآمنة ودعم الإجراءات التصحيحية. - دعم الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والتحقيق فيها وإجراءات المتابعة. - التأكد من اتباع المقاولين والموظفين لمتطلبات السلامة المطلوبة، بما في ذلك معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE)، والنظافة المنزلية، وسلامة الرفع، وسلامة المعدات. - المساعدة في أنشطة الامتثال البيئي والسلامة حسبما تتطلبه إجراءات الموقع واللوائح. - تشجيع ثقافة سلامة قوية من خلال التدريب، والتواصل، والتواجد الميداني اليومي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
  • 7 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة في مجال المضخات OEM، أو الإصلاح، أو بيئة المعدات الدوارة.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة الجودة، وطرق التفتيش، واللحام، وNDE، والمعايير ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة شاملة وفهم لعمليات التصنيع والتجميع والاختبار للمضخات والملحقات المرتبطة بها.
  • معرفة بمعدات وأدوات التفتيش المستخدمة في عمليات التصنيع والتجميع والاختبار.
  • خبرة عملية في بيئة الإصلاح / QRC أو التصنيع مطلوبة إلزامياً (MUST).
  • معرفة شاملة بمعايير API 610 و API 682.
  • معرفة بممارسات السلامة والصحة والبيئة الموقعية، وتحديد المخاطر، ومتطلبات السلامة الصناعية.
  • الإلمام بمتطلبات HSE للورش الصناعية والبيئات الميدانية.
  • الإلمام بنظام تصريح العمل، وتقييم المخاطر، ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية، وسلامة الرفع، والتعامل الآمن مع المعدات.
  • شهادة مدقق داخلي/رئيسي لمعيار ISO 9001:2015 إلزامية (MUST).
  • شهادة مدقق داخلي/رئيسي لمعيار ISO 14001 و ISO 45001 مفضلة.
  • شهادة في تفتيش اللحام مثل AWS CWI أو CSWIP 3.1 مفضلة.
  • شهادة في تفتيش الطلاء مثل NACE Level II أو SSPC Level II أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.
  • معرفة بمعايير الجودة والقوانين واللوائح الوطنية والدولية المعمول بها.

Job Description Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Responsibilities

  • Perform and support documented inspections to verify conformance of parts, repairs, and assemblies to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan in line with customer and Flowserve requirements.
  • Define, coordinate, and control project quality documentation required for repairs, inspections, and final release.
  • Perform dimensional, visual, painting, and welding inspections according to applicable procedures and acceptance criteria.
  • Review and verify supplier, welder, and NDE personnel qualifications and ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Review and approve supplier manufacturing and testing documents and support customer and third-party inspection approvals when required.
  • Prepare test and inspection requirements for assigned projects, including ITPs and procurement specifications.
  • Document non-conforming material and support NCR processing and resolution.
  • Support internal quality audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards, laws, regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, inspection reports, quality logs, and release documentation.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives and high levels of customer service.

HSE Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of site HSE procedures and safe work practices within the Pump QRC.
  • Promote compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work requirements, and risk control measures.
  • Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities.
  • Monitor work areas for unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors and support corrective actions.
  • Support incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure contractors and employees follow required safety requirements, including PPE, housekeeping, lifting safety, and equipment safety.
  • Assist in environmental and safety compliance activities as required by site procedures and regulations.
  • Encourage a strong safety culture through coaching, communication, and daily field presence.

Required Experience And Qualification

  • B.Sc. in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 7 years of relevant experience in pump OEM, repair, or rotating equipment environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, welding, NDE, and related standards.
  • Thorough Experience and understanding of machining, assembly, and test operations for pumps and associated accessories.
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment and tools used in machining, assembly, and test operations.
  • Thorough Experience working in a repair/QRC or manufacturing environment is a MUST.
  • Thorough knowledge of API 610 and API 682.
  • Knowledge of site HSE practices, hazard identification, and industrial safety requirements.
  • Awareness of HSE requirements for industrial workshop and field environments.
  • Familiarity with permit-to-work, risk assessment, PPE, lifting safety, and safe equipment handling.
  • Certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015 is MUST.
  • Certified internal/Lead Auditor 14001 & 45001 is preferrable.
  • Certification in Welding inspection i.e., AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 is preferrable.
  • Certification in Painting inspection i.e., NACE Level II, SSPC Level II or equivalent is preferable.
  • Knowledge of the established quality standards, laws and regulations of national and international standards.
  • Safety-related certification or formal HSE training is MUST.
