تعلن شركة Tuwaiq Casting & Forging عن توفر وظيفة مشغل مرافق (Facility Operator) في مدينة رأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية، للعمل ضمن إدارة المرافق والإدارة العامة، وتقديم التقارير إلى مشرف المرافق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل ومراقبة أنظمة المرافق بما في ذلك الكهرباء والتكييف والمياه والصرف الصحي.
- إجراء فحوصات يومية للمباني ومناطق الخدمات.
- تسجيل القراءات اليومية للكهرباء والمياه وحالة الأنظمة.
- اكتشاف أي ظروف غير طبيعية أو أعطال والإبلاغ عنها فوراً.
- استلام طلبات الصيانة وتحويلها إلى فريق الصيانة أو المقاول المختص، ومتابعتها حتى الإنجاز.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين أثناء أعمال الصيانة في الموقع.
- التأكد من عمل الأنظمة بشكل صحيح بعد انتهاء الصيانة.
- المساهمة في حالات الطوارئ مثل انقطاع الكهرباء والتسريبات وأعطال الأنظمة.
- المحافظة على نظافة مناطق العمل وفقاً لمعايير التدبير المنزلي.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHSS).
- الإبلاغ عن الأعطال ورفع طلبات الصيانة.
- مراقبة أنشطة المقاولين في الموقع.
- إيقاف العمليات غير الآمنة وإبلاغ الجهة المختصة فوراً.
- رفع القضايا الحرجة إلى الإدارة.
- ضمان استمرارية تشغيل خدمات المرافق، والاستجابة في الوقت المناسب، ودقة السجلات اليومية، ومتابعة إغلاق جميع المهام الموكلة، والامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في خدمات المرافق أو دور مماثل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة المرافق بما في ذلك التشغيل والصيانة والخدمات العامة.
- معرفة أساسية بـ Microsoft Office.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير بسيطة والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة.
- الإلمام بإجراءات السلامة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHSS).

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking a reliable and attentive Facility Operator to join the Facility & Administration Department. Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, this role is responsible for operating and monitoring facility systems on a daily basis and ensuring the continuous availability of services including electricity, HVAC, water, and sewage. Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, this role is responsible for operating and monitoring facility systems on a daily basis and ensuring the continuous availability of services including electricity, HVAC, water, and sewage. The role focuses on early detection of issues, timely fault reporting, and effective coordination with maintenance teams and contractors to prevent service interruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor facility systems including Electrical, HVAC, Water, and Sewage
- Conduct daily inspections of buildings and service areas
- Record daily readings covering electricity, water, and system status
- Identify and report any abnormal conditions or faults promptly
- Receive maintenance requests and forward them to the relevant maintenance team or contractor
- Follow up on maintenance activities through to completion
- Coordinate with contractors during on-site maintenance work
- Ensure systems are functioning properly following maintenance activities
- Support emergency response situations including power outages, leakages, and system failures
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards
- Follow all safety procedures and EHSS requirements.
- Report faults and raise maintenance requests
- Monitor contractor activities on site
- Stop unsafe operations and report immediately to the relevant authority
- Escalate critical issues to management.
- Ensure continuous operation of facility services
- Timely reporting and response to issues
- Accuracy of daily logs and reports
- Follow up until full closure of all assigned tasks
- Compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or Diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility services or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of facility systems including operations, maintenance, and general services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to prepare simple reports and maintain accurate records
- Awareness of safety procedures and EHSS requirements.
- Good observation and follow-up skills
- Basic communication skills in English and Arabic
- Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
