تعلن شركة تويك للصب والطرق (Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company) عن توفر وظيفة مدير تقني لعمليات التصنيع (Machining Process Technical Manager) في مدينة رأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب قيادة الأنشطة الهندسية والبرمجية لقسم التصنيع ضمن إدارة الهندسة الإنتاجية، مع التركيز على ضمان الأساليب التصنيعية المثلى والامتثال للأبعاد وتحسين الإنتاجية باستمرار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على مهندسي عمليات التصنيع ومبرمجي التحكم الرقمي (NC Programmer) وفريق الدعم التقني.
- اعتماد استراتيجيات التشغيل ومعايير البرمجة الرئيسية والتعديلات الفنية.
- قيادة حل المشكلات المعقدة في عمليات التصنيع والأبعاد.
- دعم المراجعة الفنية لعروض الأسعار (RFQs) وتقييم جدوى المنتجات الجديدة.
- حضور اجتماعات دورية مع فرق الإنتاج ومديري المشاريع والمهندسين لإبلاغ تعليمات العمل (WI) وأوراق عملية التصنيع (MPS).
- التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج وضمان الجودة والأدوات والصيانة وسلسلة التوريد.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط إنتاج القطع النموذجية الأولى.
- تقليل زمن الدورة وتحسين أدوات القطع وتوحيد الإجراءات التشغيلية.
- تطوير المهارات الفنية لفريق الهندسة التصنيعية.
- تحليل ومعالجة مشكلات الجودة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إعداد متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) الخاصة بقسم التصنيع.
- التعاون مع فرق مراقبة الجودة لحل مشكلات الجودة وتطبيق التدابير التصحيحية.
- تحليل مشكلات الجودة ووضع إجراءات مضادة.
- دعم إنشاء الهيكل التنظيمي للمصنع والحصول على الشهادات والمؤهلات المطلوبة.
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات لزيادة الكفاءة والإنتاجية وخفض التكاليف.
- تحليل البيانات ومؤشرات الأداء لتحسين معايير التصنيع وزيادة الكفاءة.
- تنفيذ تقنيات أو ترقيات جديدة للمعدات لتحسين عمليات التصنيع.
- حفظ سجلات دقيقة لعمليات التصنيع تشمل معايير التشغيل وبيانات الإنتاج ونتائج اختبارات الجودة.
- تقديم تقارير وتحليلات منتظمة للإدارة حول تحسينات العمليات والمشكلات التشغيلية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لإنشاء وثائق المنتج ومراجعة الوثائق المنتجة.
- مراجعة نتائج التأهيل والتطوير لمشغلي العمليات الخاصة ومفتشي الاختبارات غير المتلفة (NDT) ومفتشي الجودة، وتقديم الملاحظات اللازمة.
- دعم مراجعة الجدوى التصنيعية للبنود المستهدفة لتقدير المبيعات.
- المساعدة في مراجعة وتصميم عمليات الإنتاج للمنتجات المطلوبة لتلبية المتطلبات الفنية للعملاء.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية مع المهندسين عند طلب فريق المبيعات دعماً فنياً.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى تكلف بها الشركة.
- المسؤولية المباشرة عن: الأداء التقني للتصنيع وجودة الأبعاد، جاهزية البرمجة ومسارات التشغيل، تحسين الإنتاجية وتقليل العيوب، تطوير قدرات الفريق، الامتثال للسلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة التصنيعية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات التصنيع باستخدام الحاسب الآلي (CNC) ضمن بيئة تصنيع مشابهة، منها 3-5 سنوات في دور إداري أو قيادي تقني.
- فهم قوي لعمليات الخراطة الرأسية والأفقية باستخدام الحاسب الآلي (CNC)، وعمليات التفريز، ومبادئ التصنيع باستخدام الحاسب الآلي.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصنيع القطع الكبيرة التي تزن 20 طناً وأكثر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية ببرنامج AutoCAD وبرامج التصنيع باستخدام الحاسب الآلي (CAM) ومنها CAMWORKS.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
- معرفة متينة بلوائح السلامة وأفضل الممارسات في البيئات الصناعية.
- الإلمام بمعايير معهد البترول الأمريكي (API) وتطبيقها على تصنيع مسبوكات ومطروقات (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات تواصل فعالة والقدرة على التعاون عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات شخصية قوية وإثبات القدرة على العمل بفعالية إلى جانب المهندسين والمصممين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- القدرة على الأداء بكفاءة في بيئة تصنيع سريعة الوتيرة.

- Manage and supervise the Machining Process Engineer, NC Programmer, and machining technical support team.
- Approve machining routing strategies, major programming standards, and technical changes.
- Lead resolution of complex machining and dimensional issues.
- Support technical review of RFQs and new product feasibility assessments.
- Attend regular meetings with production teams, job managers, and engineers to communicate Work Instructions (WI) and Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS).
- Coordinate across production, QA, tooling, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
- Support the development and implementation of plans for first article product production.
- Drive cycle-time reduction, tooling optimization, and process standardization.
- Develop the technical skill base within the machining engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and drive continuous improvement of machining processes.
- Define product quality standards throughout the machining process.
- Prepare necessary EHS requirements for the Machining Shop.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective measures.
- Analyse quality problems and establish countermeasures.
- Support the establishment of the factory organizational structure.

- Maintain accurate records of machining operations, including process parameters, production data, and quality test results.
- Provide regular updates and analysis to management on process improvements and operational issues.
- Provide technical support for product documentation creation and review produced documentation.
- Review qualification and certification development results for special process operators, NDT personnel, and quality inspection personnel, and provide feedback as required.
- Support the review of manufacturing feasibility for items targeted for sales estimation.
- Assist in reviewing and designing production processes for quoted products to meet customer technical requirements.
- Participate in technical meetings with engineers when technical support is requested by the sales team.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in CNC machining processes within a similar manufacturing environment, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of horizontal and vertical CNC lathe operations, milling, and CNC machining principles.
- Demonstrated experience in large-part machining at 20 tons and above.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAM software, including CAMWORKS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.
- Awareness of American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and their application to the machining of casting and forging components is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively alongside engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
